Stayed only for 1 night, - room was super clean & spacious. - staff were friendly but professional. My flight landed early AM & had requested an early checkin. They finally arranged one after I arrived and waited for 20-30mins in the lobby, but did charge me extra.

The staff in this hotel are friendly and helpful, especially Asif who is always supportive and good staff.

They at first said that the construction is only on the 8th floor, thus the 1st floor which they gave to me was said to be the best one. However on the first night I heard a loud construction noice at 3 AM which woke me up and ruined the rest of the day. When I asked to shift to another room, the receptionist keeps telling me that there is no other room and that the 1st floor is the best one. If they shift me it would be next to an evevator which will be noisy. I trusted them until the last night of my stay, there was a reek of paint or gasoline on the 1st floor and I just could not breathe. Right after I made a fuss in then they showed me 3rd and 4th floor which was quiet and was really nice. I was really upset with the whole service they gave me. This was my second time staying there and I don't think I'll ever comeback. I am really disappointed.

Excellent service. They make me feel like I am family at the breakfast buffet and provide help with transportation and other challenges.

As usual a fantastic stay in Courtyard Mumbai. Great supporto from the staff and very good restaurante.

Brilliant care and hotel staff is helpful and dedicated to an excellent experience. Have returned to this hotel many years and will continue to do so. Andheri East is in development mode so the hotel surroundings are under continuous construction.

Staff and management are not clear about what is offered at the hotel.

The stay was simply AMAZING!!!! Clive, Tejas, Amit, Sushant, Pawan and Hardeep were awesome. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! Mr. Abhijit Patwardhan does a fantastic job in making you feel at home! Overall an excellent place to stay!

The "Team" was fantastic at reception, at the concierge/transportation desk, in the dining room and also the house keeping Team. Senior Management is working very hard to achieve gender diversity. I look forward to my visit in June. George Hoyt

Courteous and attentive staff - right from the front desk to bell boy to the folks working in the dining area!! Each one of them has been pleasant and courteous and made our stay really enjoyable!

The team at CY were excellent. Asif helped us with pick up and drop off with efficiency and help us to keep our extra luggage in the store room for safe keeping. The team at check in were marvellous and the check in process was done quick and found us the room that matched our choices. Laundry was immaculately done .. so happy to stay at Courtyard Marriot.

Very, very nice hotel without being too much over the top. A very comfortable place as a single woman traveling alone. I did not stay long so did not explore the area. But I booked a tour half day (Get Your Guide) and enjoyed that very much.

Comfortable stay, amazing food, friendly staff.

Was expecting much more from the Marriot! I’m a well seasoned traveller and don’t over expect but: 1. The place needs an update and overhaul 2. We waited on 3 seperate occassions for food to arrive and eventually gave up. Sad to say they were providing food for elderly, nearly 90 year olds! 3. The food was a little disappointing - it just lacked the taste that you would expect - Novotel, Pullman, Aloft were so much better in comparison. Sorry Marriot - you need to raise the standard!

This is definitely one of the nicest Courtyard by Marriott that I have ever stayed vat. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The service was excellent from the moment that I walked in to the moment I left. The property is conveniently located close to the airport and they provide transportation at a small price. The dining options are also wonderful. I definitely recommend this hotel

The whole staff was well prepared and well educated. Restaurant managment was excellent. Food is delicious. I would like to mention few name in the management Mr Abhijeet Patwardhan Restaurant Manager Mr Kunal F&B . Hardeep (phaji ) Exilent experienced . Thx for all staff member made my trip extremely well.
