Great location. Convenient access to everything around the area.

Honestly I don't know how this property can call itself a 5 star. At one time it probably was a great hotel but now the rooms are pretty beat up and not that clean. At least mine were. On the other hand, the breakfast is good. It's in a good area and it has a pool and gym. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and this place is relatively cheap.

We really enjoyed this place. First time here. Close to the beach. Rooms very nice, breakfast is outstanding, gym great. Service is excellent. Both pools are beautiful, espcially the sky p view. The only comment i would add that i didnt like is the chairs at the pool. People wae up eary, throw a towel on the poolside chair and then disappear for hours. We didnt get to use the pool once in 4 days. This is common eveywhere, not jua an issu here. A "reservation fee: or small charge by the hour might help sokve this issue. Otherwise a wonderful stay and we will be back for sure.

I was unhappy with the room I was booked into because I felt dizzy about the height. The staff checked me into a definite upgrade at no extra charge.

I have so much appreciation for the upgrade. I was alone but ended up in a family suit with a huge living room and two bedrooms. everything couldn't have gone better for my stay.

Good location and nice "basic" hotel. The room was a little bit worn out. Wifi was quite poor. Breakfast ok, average level. Lifts has been always the problem in this hotel. We stayed three weeks and they didn't change the bedclothes. Staff was very friendly and service was good. Overall, easy place keep vacation.

The breakfast food buffet is very limited and poor quality. For example, serving hot dog weiners and cold cut meats as breakfast food. Very little western breakfast food and often food supposed to be served hot was cold. Breakfast food was mostly lunch food. This resort should be avoided simply due to the poor breakfast buffet. Also, the gym/workout room was unusable beyond a few minutes due to having no air conditioning.

Building is old and wifi is weak.

Like location and the view. Roof top bar with excellent staffs. Room for improvement for breakfast should provided more choices. Not enough out door parking. Underground parking is dark and smell a bit unpresent

We were a bit unfortunate that we booked when we did.. the hotel was full with guests due to the rowing championship that was being held there.. l don’t think enough staff were used to cope with the amount of guest staying at the hotel during this time

No warm water, very old hotel, aircon was ok, wind made a lot of noise with balcony doors

The staff was excellent. The property wasn’t as nice as the pictures. The water view is amazing. Plenty food options within walking distance or hopping aboard a baht bus is easy and convenient.

It is in a nice location near the beach and with good transport link to Pattaya.

Room was old and tired Furniture was in need of update Bathroom was patched up

ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I'VE EVER STAYED! HARD BED, WORN-OUT FURNISHINGS AND FIXTURES, LIGHTS THAT DON'T WORK, INTERNET THAT DOESN'T WORK, NO BOTTLED WATER OR MINI FRIG IN ROOM, ONLY ONE ROLL OF TOILET PAPER....THIS PLACE SUCKS!! I'LL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Only issue we had was booking in and duty manager wasnt very helpfull, other than that all the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Great views from the balcony

Property has an excellent location- breakfast was good , lots of options. The cleaning staff was not as good with cleaning the room- lots of hair through the room. Lastly, the facility is dated/ old.

I booked here to save money. I'll never do that again. My room showed many signs of aging like cracks in wooden floor. No cell phone charger by bed. Electrical outlet not working. Worse of all beach goers would light loud fireworks most every night all night making sleep very difficult.

The view is spectacular

The staff was not particularly accommodating, the breakfast was quite bad. The hotel is not bad at all and the view is nice from the window and location is good.

The bathroom smells like a drain,

Nice rom, god wiew to the sea. Many tv channels . Breakfast was mostly for thai. No bacon no ham no cheese. Jomtien is good for families.

I liked the location and the view. But this really shows its age, and the quality is really extremely low for the price they charge. Staff barely speaks any English. Furthermore, in my executive suite I have never was lucky to get any of the missing electric bulbs. the suite was half dark.

The staff is amazing very kind and helpful.. The cleaning staff works long hours and always treats you with courtesy and respect when you ask questions. The Front desk staff does their best to accommodate your wishes. The bell staff is quick and friendly. The only draw back… No security
