heir friendly, helpful staff. The parking was a problem because of the restrictions, but we got it sorted out with expert help from staff and really enjoyed our stay there. The property is beautiful with a pleasing, eclectic style that made it stand out from other hotels, and the breakfast was sublime. I highly recommend this hotel.

Concierge was so helpful! The location is wonderful, at the edge of the pedestrian zone, yet still quiet. So convenient for sightseeing, yet close to transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very much appreciated the loan of a bus pass and help navigating the system for some visits outside the city!

I absolutely loved Lesar Hotel Angel.
The house is old and has its old house features, a lot of stairs and not so good sound proofing for example. However I knew to expect these when booking a stay in a historical building - and the hotel was beautifully maintained, furnished and decorated.
The service at the hotel was the warmest and kindest possible. I got all the help I needed. For example when the AC in my room didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it, I got an upgrade to a better room. The breakfast was delicious too.

We spent just one night in Ljubljana and booked the Lesar Hotel Angel without many expectations. We are so glad we did it. The interiors are quite characteristic, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was really superior. Since the hotel is located in a pedestrian area, there is no parking nearby. You'll have to unload you luggage in a temporary parking area, and move the car 350m far. The plus side is that you'll be right in the center of the city, with plenty of places to eat and visit.

I never write reviews, but I have to write this one. If you ever travel to Ljubjana (and I hope you do, as it’s stunningly beautiful) don’t miss the Lesar Hotel Angel. It is the most welcoming, classy and charming B B I’ve ever stayed in . Everything about it, from the well-appointed rooms to the breakfast to the staff, is first rate and first class. You won’t regret this elegant and cozy hotel!

The staff was the best hotel staff I may have ever met. Gabe was my first contact and he was very welcoming and grabbed a map to show me the best spots around then walked me to my room offering to help with my bags. Room was very clean and very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Lesar Hotel Angel. Our room was clean and very comfortable, the hotel staff was friendly, happy, and professional, and their breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

All was great except parking options. There is nothing close by - even for just unloading bags. Beautiful hotel though, and right in the middle of things.

This is now my favorite hotel in Ljubljana. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor is charming, the rooms are lovely and the breakfast was so good! I highly recommend. I'll definitely be staying there again.

Much of the listing is inaccurate. For example, there is no parking on site or nearby. Also not all rooms have a bathtub. Service was kind but hotel is a little overpriced for rooms. Shower has a hard time draining if you don’t turn it off every 2 minutes. Breakfast was 7.5/10 great selection but only cold foods.

We were greeted by Jovan, the most wonderful and helpful employee. He showed us to the loveliest room on the top floor of this elegant hotel, decorated and designed to delight. Each nook and corner beautifully appointed. Breakfast was delicious with quaint and elegant room with delicious food and courteous help. We rate it outstanding in all areas!!!

An absolutely fabulous hotel with wonderful staff and a great breakfast buffet. Right next to the walkway to the castle, in old town. And I enjoyed birding in Tivoli park. Overall a great experience. Very relaxing.

It is walking distance to everything you want to see in Lyublyana. The staff is amazing, I especially would like to mention Duchan, who was professional, helpful and gave us best advice. Eventhough hotels.com information said the hotel had a parking lot (without valet), that is not true. The parking lot the hotel staff send you to is a public one, and about 6 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The hotel does not have an elevator and the bathroom shower is poorly positioned, which causes the whole bathroom to flood, when you take a quick shower. Breakfast could be better also...

Property needs to be renovated. Carpet is thread bare in many places. Terrible tub shower water goes all over the floor. Room was quite small. The property is old and feels old. Breakfast was OK - nothing hot. Service from staff was also OK. It is in a very good location. Overpriced for the quality of the facilities. Would not stay again.

Excellent property!! LOVED LOVED loved it!! It was extremely cozy, beautiful building and the interior design was BEAUTIFUL! Douchan and David were absolutely incredible! They were so kind, patient and helpful and very friendly with us, we felt at home. The location was excellent! We also loved the free snacks available at the hotel 24/7 such as fruits, chips, and sweets. The room was also GORGEOUS! Highly recommend!! =)

This hotel is a gem in a perfect location for exploring the old part of Ljubljana. The service was beyond excellent. The breakfast was extensive with eggs and coffee made to order. We loved this hotel.

A small boutique hotel that would be 5 stars if it had more rooms and elevators. Very nice staff and wonderful breakfast. Definitely worth a return visit.

I don’t like the fact that we booked a double bed which turned out to be two single beds pushed together. Although they moved us to another room accordingly, we found that the bed coverings were singles rather than a double for two people. Why would you wish to separate people sleeping in the same bed together?!

An amazing little spot, all the staff were very lovely and helpful. Great service and very comfortable rooms. Would definitely go back.
