Next to the main road where you can get a taxi. The proprietors were kind and constantly inquired us about our stay to make sure we were well taken care of.

The room and garden is Moroccan style, but with morden facility. The wifi quality is good and I can use the smart TV to watch Netflix and Youtube.

Owner was there to welcome us and see us off. She was very nice to offer us an adaptor as we got the wrong one. The staff were very kind and caring. The breakfast was very good. This is the only riad that did not give us issues with regards to the breakfast and tax payment. So we're very organised. The room was sweet. Would recommend for sure.

Very pretty place hidden in one of the side alleys in Medina in Fez. I must say it felt more like hotel than riad but my impression was overall positive. Very clean and cosy place to stay and must addmit very well situated. It is very close to most famous sites in Fes el Bali (Old Medina) and quite close to further places like Fes el Jdid (Jew Quarters) and it's easily accessible from train station by taxi or bus.

Lovely rustic renovation with a 'homely' touch and attentive service. Breakfast was a lovely treat with plenty of mint tea and coffee..
We chose to stay in the Panorama room as it gives direct access to the roof terrace, so we got to watch a lovely sunrise in the quiet of the morning.
It does get chilly in the evenings in the winter season and the shower room doesn't have a heat source- so as long as you don't mind that or don't mind a late morning shower when the day has warmed up- then you'll be fine.
Sana/Idriss were very helpful dealing with the airlines we used when our luggage was delayed from the connecting flight at Casablanca.
We felt well looked after, more like guests than paying hotel users.
Was lovely to meet Mohammed who conveyed the story of his family's history in this lovely building and met the real 'Zeinab' who has a delightful room named after her.
Hats off to the chefs in the kitchen and Abdul the guardman too!

Wonderful location right on edge of medina or old city, great staff receptionist Cenna spoke wonderful English &'was very caring & helpful warned us about scams both by taxi drivers & merchants. Would certainly stay there again, safe to walk around during the day as long as you take note of cautions, would not do so at night though. We had a guide Mr Mustafa we found in an online review who Cenna can organise very clever knowledgable man, who also cautioned us against being ripped off.

This little Riad is on the edge of the Medina near Bab Rcif. It's clearly signposted and accessible from the road leading around to the Bab which is a godsend. I have no idea how we'd have found our way through the maze of the medina if it was inside any deeper.
Speaking of which, the Riad organised a guide Hassan (not the king) for us on the following morning after we arrived which was just 300 dirhams payable to the guide directly at the end of the tour. He spoke fantastic English and had a great sense of humour. His city knowledge is impeccable and I'd highly recommend him.
The Riad itself is absolutely gorgeous. We had one of the ground floor rooms which feel massive and have a great shower and AC. Breakfast was amazing each morning and extremely filling.
Word of warning, if you order dinner when you arrive for two, make sure you're really hungry. We finished what we thought was the meal and were satisfied with it for the price being absolutely stuffed full... and they brought out a huge Tagine for the main course! Oops! Lesson learned.
I'd definitely recommend staying at Riah Ghita, there was absolutely nothing I can envision being done better :)

The Riad Ghita is just where you would wish to be in Fes: away from the more touristy western end of the medina, but not in the thick of the market itself. It is inside the medieval walls (with superb views from its roof terrace of the city, the surrounding mountains and especially the nearby Borj Sud on the majestic skyline) but a couple of blocks south of the car-free inner medina, so that one can reach the riad easily by taxi. A short and easy walk north takes one straight to Bab R'cif and the very heart of Fes around the Kairuoine mosque.
The Ghita is a stunning and stylish 16thc palazzo, built as all riads around a courtyard with a fountain. Its staff are immensely capable and welcoming, and can provide whatever you might want in the way of expert local advice and contacts. The food is so good that we dined in for each of the four nights we were there, which normally we would never do -- superb quality and range, and the breakfasts are exquisite and lightly and intelligently varied each day.
We took advantage of our hostess's recommendation of a guide for our first exploratory day in the medina, and were very glad that we did: Moustafa was tactful, informative and expert, so much so that we also arranged through the riad to be taken to the nearby Roman city of Volubilis. Stunning.

I would say the price they charged is overpriced. The location is okay, not in the centre but about ten minutes of walk from the centre. Good view from the roof and good breakfast.
