Beautiful hotel and staff. Highly recommend.

Quiet. Convenient to train and bus station. Walkable to old city and shops, restaurants. Staff very friendly.

Very nice hotel in the area near main train station. Tram stop was just opposite the hotel and takes 10 minutes to the old town area. Hotel room was spotless, comfortable large bed and large shower/toilet room. I was on the top floor and had an average view over a courtyard. Rooms are cleaned when you ask , just leave the card on your room door. Breakfast was expensive ar €16 a day , i tried it once in my 5 night stay but it was disappointing, bacon was almost cold , no butter or jam for toast , not much fruit option and cold potato pancakes. Fruit juice was ok but only slightly cold. There is a €3.50 per night tourist tax payable at the hotel on departure too. Staff were all friendly and polite . Overall very good i would stay there again.

Carpets in the whole hotel are filthy room was by worse though they need to be replaced, stayed 3 nights never got the room cleaned, the pillows are a joke believe me.

End of the holiday so needed a comfortable hotel with good breakfast!

We enjoyed our stay at the Clarion hotel. The room was spacious, clean, eco friendly, and comfortable. The staff were beyond helpful. We chose to have breakfast one day and it was spectacular. So many choices. Would happily stay again and would highly recommend.

Everything was great. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hallway carpet and the carpet in the room was dirty and stained. The hallway smelled horrible. On the plus side the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the bathroom was clean, and the hotel is very close to the train station.

very comfortable Reasonably priced

We had been to Switzerland. Germany and Austria before but this hotel was the best so far. Great breakfast buffet, the best of all the hotels we had stayed at. Great facilities and bigger rooms. VERY close to the train station and a walking distance to the old town.

Fine experience

Good hotel near the main station in Bratislava. The service stuff is Nice and helpful. Oh the room itself it was pretty ok, especially with the ac. the rooms were clean but you will notice, that they are not new, so small things are a little bit broken like the curtains or the toiletpaper holder. But overall it's a good choice for a visit in Bratislava.

Close to the train station and walking distance to the old part of town.

Property was OK and staff was nice, but cleanliness was not the best. My bedsheets had blood stains on them upon arrival. The staff at the desk was helpful in replacing the sheets, but the new sheets he provided were also stained with something else. I did not attempt to request another replacement and instead slept without a blanket. Also, the bathroom layout was confusing. The shower was separated from the room by a glass window and could only be covered by curtains on the OUTSIDE of the bathroom…. Very strange.

great hotel, staff brilliant and well worth visit

Excellent location at station. Handy it walk to if you have luggage. Just at the bottom of the hill where the tram line crosses. Turn left after tramline and there it is. Short walk into the old town from there.

Great location by the train station

A smart hotel with a nice reception and excellent reception staff. The position is just two minutes walk from the central railway station and bus terminus (where there is an airport bus). The room was modern and spotlessly clean.

The hotel itself is quite nice, generally-speaking. The reception and dining area looked lovely, as did the Christmas decorations. The room was spacious and modern, but the bed was very hard and pillows were thin. Breakfast was just ok, but we arrived towards near the end of the breakfast time so it may be better earlier on. The hotel is fairly close to the Old Town, about a 15 minute walk or so. The Dungeon Pub nearby was one of our favourite spots for drinks, games and good vibes.

Had a lovely stay! It was very close to the train station which was perfect, and a very short walk into Old town. Comfortable beds as well!

Great location and friendly staff

The hotel was clean and very close to the main train station. It was easy to get to all of the top sites of the city from this hotel. It was great for the one night we had in Bratislava!!

Visited this property many times when it was still a Mercure hotel. The “hardware” is still good, but the “software” is disappointing. The check-in receptionist was needlessly casual; hotel restaurant offered three dishes. The towels were a bit worn and the shower wall leaked. Overall, for that price, it’s an OK choice

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable, ideally situated next to the bus and train station and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the old town. The only negative was the fire alarm going off at 1.30am for 30 minutes followed by 5 minutes of music over the tannoy when we were allowed back to our rooms.

Great location next to the main station and on the airport bus route. Good standard and well run hotel. Good value.

Very comfortable and modern hotel with large rooms and modern bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, but bar and reataurant facilities not tried and very quiet when I was there. Located a very short walk from the central station and only 15 minutes or so from the centre.

Great location a couple of minutes walk from the bus station so easy to get tobfrom the airport (bus 61). Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet at night, easy 20 minute walk to the old town.
