Location and quality

DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel advertised our booking as a superior room however on check in we were given a room that was not one of the "superior" ones and instead the smallest room of the hotel, which had built in smell of constant cigarette smoke. It is above a nightclub with loud music until 2am every night. The lights in the bedroom didn't work and we had to ask maintenance to come and fix them. In general the room is very tatty with paint peeling and marks throughout. The reception staff were beyond rude and did nothing to fix any issue or appease the concerns. I would never stay here again and strongly suggest against others staying there. Only plus is the location is very central but then you get a lot of noise.

Lovely little place with great staff! The decor is quite tired and basic but we had a large room and everything was serviceable. Absolutely superb location.

Location is excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and well-kept.Note: if you are driving, you must pay to park and its a bit pricey, depending on the lot you choose.

Good Location Quiet room But not easy with parking

A small hotel i an pittoresque building close to the harbour of Cassis. Walking distance to all attractons - the beach and a lot of restaurants. A very Nice room with a big double bed. Effective airconditioning and a nice bathroom. A very friendly place to stay. Nice french breakfast. The hotel only has a few parking Spaces, but it's easyto find Public parking Close to the hotel. We would certainly like to Return. Wi-fi was ok.

It was in a great location ....walking distance to beach,restaurants and shops I thought some of the desk workers were not friendly or helpful.....the lady the day we arrived and the two men night workers were helpful but can’t say the other young ladies helpful or friendly

Defiantly ok if you just sleep there . Location is close to everything but that’s it

Me and my girlfriend spent three nights at INTER-HOTEL Cassis and were generally happy with the hotel. The location is perfect right next to the port and all the restaurants in Cassis. Service was acceptable but not great. The biggest "warning" I would make relates to the sound during nights that is coming from the surrounding club and bars - bring your earplugs!

Can't beat the location! The hotel is walking distance to beaches, several wineries, and is right on the port with many restaurants and shops. It was extremely convenient to have a parking space in their secure garage as well - be aware they only have four spots though, so be sure to reserve a spot ahead if needed. The hotel is in the busiest area of Cassis, so expect some street noise at night. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was only mediocre. Room was sufficiently clean and comfortable, however, I did have some ants.

This is an old hotel, the room we stayed in smelled very smoky and old. A shower door was missing, so you had to hold the shower head or water would go everywhere in the bathroom. There is also a club/restaurant directly under the hotel, so our room on the first floor was very loud late into the night. All that said, it was fine if you just need a place to sleep. Its very central in Cassis, so location was obviously the only saving grace here. The staff were friendly, and there was wifi and free water in the lobby.
