My experience here is alwsays very good. Only, i need to request a room on a lower floor cause hot water in the bathroom on the upper floors tends to take a while. Otherwise everything about this motel is great!

but do not like restroom door. its like a french door with gap straight down the middle. no privacy while in the RR. Fine if its one person the room but not if you are not alone.
Plus, walls are thin enough where the noisy neighbors next door made it difficult to sleep.

We chose this hotel because of the previous reviews and I now know why they were so high! The location was perfect - close to lots of restaurants and yet right next to a beautiful lake and park! Very clean and very comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Aways have a good experience at this motel. Only problem is the street access. Motel is situated in a manner that it is difficult to get into the parking lot. Otherwise, it is clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly. I always look forward to staying here!

After 3 years of not being able to afford a stay at this Motel 6 location we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. The front desk person when we checked in was not very friendly so don’t expect a friendly TX welcome. This was a spontaneous overnight stay. At $89 + tax was reasonable compared to what the prices have been running. They were a bit stingy with basic needs but overall it was a pleasant stay. As long as the prices come down we will stay at this Motel 6.

The employee at the front desk was chit chatting with another employee while checking us in and said our room number OUT LOUD. This is basic hotel etiquette, you don’t say the room number outloud for safety reasons. My husband and I didn’t say anything as there was no one other than her and the other employee ( or possibly a friend ) as this person was not wearing a uniform. We checked into our room and the shower was DISGUSTING, it was stained and the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. We ended up leaving shortly after because we were uncomfortable and grossed out. As we were walking out, the same employee was checking someone out and she again said this guests room number out loud. Now, my husband and I know exactly what room this man is staying in. We left and didn’t come back. Horrible service.
