Great hotel with great views of the mountains. Easy to get in and out, yet safe and quiet. Rooms were clean and up to date. Wonderful experience!

It was close to where i needed to be some fast food restaurants close. The rooms were clean and price was cheaper than surrounding hotels. This was good for one night stay.

The property itself was not so bad, my husband stayed there for two days, on the day he had to check out he requested a new pair of thongs to grab the floor from the breakfast area because the ones available were dirty, the lady in charge was incredibly rude and sarcastic, their customer service is deplorable. It is not outrageous to expect a little bit of common courtesy, particularly when it refers to the cleanliness of utensils that handle food. Needless to say, my husband will not stay there again.

I've been staying at another up scale hotel for the last 5 nights and decided to find something different and I'm glad. This hotel trumps the those greatly. Even though I have been receiving points at those less than inviting hotels I'll be staying at Comfort Inn for the remainder of my trip. I recommend this hotel anytime your in this area.

Our room air conditioner wasn’t working properly and it was 77 degrees in the room. There was 6 of us staying in a double suit and the front desk only offered to put us in 1 king suite and we would have to purchase the other room. We stay there several times when coming to baseball tournaments. But never again. My entire baseball team stayed there. 11 rooms that night.

Beautiful hotel, professional staff, very clean and updated room. However, beware if you are a hot-natured person. We were on the top floor of the hotel, and the room was quite stuffy when we arrived. I went to the A/C unit under the window and found a note that said the temperature was controlled by a thermostat on the wall. Found the thermostat and lowered the temperature. An hour later, it was still stuffy in there, so I turned the fan to "On" instead of "Auto". I figured moving air was better than nothing. Basically, the thermostat is a wall ornament and has nothing to do with the temperature of the room.

Overall our stay was good. Rooms were nice and very clean. My only complaint is that our room was not ready when we arrived. Check in was at 3:00 and our room was not ready until 4:30.

Our stay was good the room was clean everywhere in general was clean and no smells. The only issue we had on this one night stay was the morning we left the food service help did not show up so we had limited food that morning but there were things we were good with. That aside the stay was great.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. The hotel itself was in a great location and it was clean.

The staff was so friendly we had so much fun just talking with them. They gave us plenty of information about the area and how to get to places. I loved the location at the top of the hill. It felt very secluded and safe. The rooms were large and comfortable we will be staying here again when we are in the area. I highly recommend this one.

Very clean hotel. For the money it was much better than expected. I had 2 year old along that wanted milk and they did not have any in the marketplace but it was okay. Will definitely stay again if in the area. I have no complaints

A wonderful place to stay. Beautiful views of Bay mountain. We stay at this property when in Tri city area.

Every staff member we met was friendly, courtesy, and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, the room was fantastic. Out of the 3 hotels there, this rates the best; a perfect score-10 out of 10!!
