It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The convenience of being by the interstate.
The night staff (Matt) checked us in and the place smelled like weed. He proceeded to tell me I didn’t have a reservation when I actually did. Showed him confirmation and he finally gave me a room. Came down to leave the next morning and was accused of my card being declined. He wouldn’t help. He was yelling and accusing me of trying to leave without paying. I showed him where I paid through booking, and was charged. It took the next staff member to come in and over an hour talking to booking on the phone for them to figure out it was on their end because of the electronic card that was given to the property from booking. It was a terrible experience and put us over an hour behind on traveling to another state for a wedding.

The room was amazing!! We are saving this as our go to stay when we visit Hard Rock Casino!!
The staff are all truly customer service driven. Breakfast was great!!
Everything was exceptional. We look forward to our next stay.

The staff was friendly- I was given a room to accommodate my knee injury
The bed was almost on the floor - everything just seemed dusty and old furniture needs updating and soap needs to be left in the rooms with cups. Gentleman was about to use my card (I booked online) to pay for the lady ahead of me - I hear him say the last four digits of my card and was like wait can’t be a coincidence- sure enough it was not. I did have 2 charges to my card one fell off but not everyone can afford for that to happen to them. My room just didn’t feel clean if that makes sense - manager the next morning was very nice

We always stay here before our trips. The staff are wonderful and the room is always comfortable.

The beds were doubles but they looked and felt like queen beds! Plenty of room for me and my little nieces. They were impressed with all the amenities like the waffle maker and fitness room and leaf shaped soap. They enjoyed the hotel so much, they wanted to visit it on the way home (we didn’t, but they sure wanted to)!
The sink being outside of the bathroom area, but that is normal in a lot of hotels nowadays.

The beds were so comfortable. I have back chronic pain and I didn't have any pain when I got up each morning.

The guy running the front late that night was super helpful to us, and a couple other parties, who all needed assistance at the same time.
The next day the ladies working were very gracious to allow us to leave our luggage there for a few hours.
There was a glitch in getting the payment from Booking.com to the hotel.
The hotel got it worked out fairly quickly.

Room carpet was real dirty.and toilet was broken.

The front desk ladies were super nice at check in.
Room smelled like mold and the bathroom shower leaked everywhere causing the smell to be worse. There was rust stains on light fixtures.

Loved the breakfast. Especially making a fresh homemade waffle. It was a nice surprise! Loved the accommodations like the hairdryer, shampoo dispenser, microwave in room, pillow top mattress, ironing board and iron. Loved that you allow pets!!
Bathroom floor could get a little slippery. Air conditioner was a little loud.

Location was amazing. That is about it.
Staff was no help.. had to get our own towels, trashbags, and toilet paper. The room kept locking us out. Had to switch keys. Staff was blaming other staff for why tasks could not be completed. The floors weren't vaccumed upon arrival. The freezer in the fridge had ice built up to where you couldn't use the freezer. The air conditioner had a bad odor. Staff was on their personal phones for 9 minutes while trying to check out at the front desk.

We slept very well. It was quiet. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was really good.
We like to walk for exercise and it is not very walk friendly. The sidewalks end and it i difficult to get over the main road. It might have been the weather but the tv and internet reception were a bit sketchy.

check-in was great! Jay explained everything we needed to know about our stay and even took time to tell us about the area since we had never been there before. excellent job Jay! you represent this hotel extremely well and we appreciate your time👍👍

I specifically asked for a room on the second or third floor. When I arrived the room was on the first floor. The window screen was torn as if someone tried to enter. The smell of the room was sticky sweet. I was given another room so the issue was resolved
