Extraordinary stay

My stay was Fantastic the hotel was clean and the staff were great they went above and beyond to help. The room was super clean and the room was comfortable it was a perfect spot to stay.

I love staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels! For me, it’s the comfort of the beds and the pillows! Ahh, the pillows! Rooms are neat and clean, front desk personnel very kind. Housekeeping was patient and not pushing me to leave. Breakfast was wonderful and the area clean. Cracker Barrel is two lots away so I walked over to pickup dinner. I also enjoyed a nice morning walk around the area. Will definitely stay again!

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable! Great experience right from our check in, as we were greeted by a very pleasant front desk employee, who was very welcoming and friendly! I believe this hotel has just been recently renovated as everything was clean and new including our room, which was exceptionally clean! The only thing I might suggest is that the complimentary breakfast have healthier options. Thank you Holiday Inn Express, we’ll be back!

Check in was a mess. The main entrance is being remodeled. We jad to go in the side door. The side doors were unlocked. We stayed in the aisle of the unlocked entrance and didnt really feel as safe as we.should have felt. We booked 2 rooms from through Expedia. The desk said only one came through. I showed my receipt. He had to dig a bit and found our we did have two rooms. He put a note for the next oerson not to try andncharge for the room. I had to call the next day and have the charge taken off. Out of all the rooms in the hotel, two doors down from the unlocked entrance should not have been our room. Thw night chek in was very polite and helpful, as the morning shift. However, having to call about an incorrect charge is not cool. The woman i spoke with was kind and took action immediately, asking for a call back if she had a problem with the charge. It was removed by next business day. So, service overall was very good, minus my charge. This is our favorite place to stay in Fairmont. Please keep it that way! Rooms were very nice: clean and comfortable.

Wonderful enroute hotel! Completely renovated inside including rooms:) We have stayed here 4 times over the last few years & continue to appreciate the comfort, consistency & great staff. Warren has always been exceptionally helpful:) We highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. They had a decent workout room and nice indoor pool. The breakfast was adequate. They had the same options every day, so it got a little boring done we were there several days. My only complaint was that the bathroom floor was very dirty and needed mopping.

Convenient to restaurants. Breakfast needs staffed better. Had to wait on pancake machine to be refilled and syrup replenished 3 days in a row. Only one person was restocking breakfast bar and even though they never stopped, there needs to be 2 people to keep up with the demand. Other than breakfast issues, everything else was good

This room was fresh and spotlessly clean! We were very comfortable. The sheets and pillows were heavenly and we are fussy about that! Best hotel night’s sleep in many years! I didn’t even mind walking in my bare feet.
