The owner was very nice to us. The room actually looked like it did in the pictures online.

A very strange stay. I received a telephone call during supper on the day I was to check in asking if I was still coming. I said Yes, I would arrive in about an hour. Something was mumbled about 7pm and I hung up. I double checked and all advertising for this property says Office is open 24/7 so this confused me. When I arrived at the office an hour later, I was told I did not have a reservation. I asked why he had called me then? This front desk person felt his sense of humour was more important than just doing business. Finally receive my room key and when I walked into the room, the A/C was turned off and the room was extremely hot. Room cleanliness was OK. Next day I had a second room reserved. When I went in to get that room key, once again he felt his humour was more important than just getting business done. I was hot, tired and had worked outdoors during the heat warnings all day and just wanted to get into the room. He played a game and would not book me into the second room until I told him whether I wanted a room "close" or "far away". No matter what, he refused to give me a room until I answered his game. The room he finally gave me was about as far from the office as possible but there was no parking there at all. Considering I have accessible parking permit and have trouble walking, this was unacceptable. Also, other guests had their swim towels and clothing hung on all the window sills in that area of the hotel, including the room he assigned me.

Motel was a reasonable price, check in and out was easy, and I was surprised by how big the room was. I would stay there again.

This was a good enough motel. Old building with thin walls and amorous dramatic couple next door, but clean. No bugs. Only complaint was that there was no coffee maker or proper cups.

1 lamp in room was inoperable and the screen door didn't work properly. also there was a cold breeze coming through the window.

We got everything we needed for a stay in a motel. Extending our stay was always an easy process. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. You get the value for your money if you stay here. Tim Hortons, diners, restaurants, and bus stop are very close/walking distance from the property. Highly recommend this motel if you are looking for a place to stay in Sarnia.

Best place to stay with affordable price.

When I showed up at the motel, my non smoking room was given to someone else, so the only room left was a smoking room.

Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Place is old and the couch was ripped here and there, but the price was fair and I enjoyed my stay. I would return.

We asked to have to heat turned Downed in our room, so it was so hot. No came to do it. So we had to have to windows open all night and the traffic noise was very annoying.

Very moderately updated for an older establishment Store across the street is handy and also Johnny's restaurant next-door

Front desk staff very polite! Very helpful! The beds were very comfortable (we had two doubles) but the headboards needed a good wipe down as well as some of the furniture in the room Good size room Two sitting chairs and a desk Bathroom was clean and hot/cold water ran well! It was quiet but walls are thin and if people are very loud you would definitely hear them. I will give a 7.7/10 rating Good pricing
