The perfect hosts and the perfect location. This family run hotel is such a gem. Located so close to the old own of Split its a great location to start exploring the beauty of the city. My room was clean, had all the amenities I needed and was just all around cosy. The owners will go out of their way to help as well and offer a transfer to and from the airport. Couldnt asked for anything better.

Super Clean, easy walk to city center, easy access to everything a tourist is liking for. And the owner father waited for us to show up in our vehicle and helped move our luggages into the apartment which is spacious, clean, well equipped.

Beautiful little apartment. Friendly and helpful host. Parking is a little tricky, but that is how it is in Split. The host saved a spot for us. Would stay here again.

House Sandra is located in an excellent area, with easy walking access to the port, bus terminal, shopping, the beaches, fantastic dining, the waterfront promenade and historic sites. The airport is 30 minutes by car and Marko can arrange transportation if you would like. The suite is very clean and spacious, well maintained and furnished in a simple, uncluttered but warm and welcoming way, with shuttered windows that open to the fresh air and sunlight. The bed is very comfortable. We definitely recommend House Sandra and would rate it a 10 out of 10 for our needs.

Fabulous stay and perfect location for getting a ferry to the islands. Apartment was spotless, extremely clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Collected us from the airport so made it an easy and pain free transition.
Highly recommend this place for a few days stay.

Excellent service with efficient transfer from the airport even though our plane was delayed , lovely big room with comfortable bed, very good value, nice restaurant next door for breakfast, easy walking distance to old Split and the cathedral - highly recommended!!

Marko and his father was warm and inviting. This my frist time to Europe they helped us with the bags and when having cell phone issues they alowed us to remain in the apartment after checkout to workout our esym issues.

From Marco picking us up at the Airport to his father greeting us at House Sandra we felt welcomed and had an enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The AC was very nice for relief from the hot day in Split. The location was very nice for an easy walk to the City Center.

Marko was an amazing host, he even offered to have a pick up from the airport, which made everything nice and easy. I highly recommend staying here. He will give you any advice or tips for new travelers. All around nice quiet neighborhood but close to the city center. Plus AC :) !!

Loved the stay! Very quick walk to the main areas with endless restaurants, shopping and, of course, the sitting by the beautiful marina! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. For beach towels, reach out to the owner and he is quick to respond! There is also a little porch where you can sit outside and enjoy the quiet nights. Loved it and if we come back to Croatia we will definitely consider staying here again!

I believe the rooms are all different but the one we stayed in for 5 nights was stunning and huge. The exposed limestone bricks were gorgeous as was the modern feature lighting. The apartments are in a great location just a few minutes walk to the walled palace. The old town is full of restaurants and shops and is great for photo opportunities.

I spend one night at House Sandra and my room was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. Is very well located, close to main places to visit, as well as shopping places for all your needs.
Communication with the staff was totally reliable. Responding almost immediately to all questions. They really are ready to help the best possible and make your stay enjoyable. Thanks to Marko and House Sandra.

We loved our stay at Hotel Sandra! We had beautiful, modern and comfortable room on the first floor. The amenities are excellent and the room is very well appointed. It’s an easy walk to all the sites in Split and was a short walk from the bus terminal. The service was excellent - we wanted to watch the football matches and they set it up quickly so we could do so. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful room… not too far a walk from the bus station but I got a taxi with my heavy bag to the hotel… when I left I walked downhill back to the bus station.. quiet area

I stayed in the room on top floor, really big, beautiful. Everything was perfect, very clean, quiet, fully equiped with air cond if needed. The decoration of the room is charming and the old town is at 5 min walking distance.
I will definitively choose the same guesthouse if I come back to Split !

This is an excellent choice in Split. Just 5 minutes walk to the Palace and waterfront. Very nice room. Plenty of space, king size bed and modern bathroom. Private, locked entrance. Highly recommended.
