3 power cuts during our stay. One that lasted almost 2 days before we left with the water supply being cut off on the morning of our last day. Room was dark and practically windowless with the window facing a wall of another building. Booked a room with a shared bathroom which was not very clean and often lacked even toilet paper. Also was very loud during the night and early morning with the room being on the ground floor, reception could be heard all the time with people talking loudly, didn't really ever get a full good nights sleep during my stay.

The accommadations was everything we expected and that is was advertised to be. Wifi worked well and a/c and the shower both kept us cozy and comfortable.

The personnel are very accommodating and friendly. The place is very near the grotto and and the catholic church.

Photos on hotels.com are not in line with real hotel! La Casa del Boracay looks absolutely different. We are very dissapointed from hotel.com and their presentation of this accomodation.
Shared bathroom was not much clean. When we asked hotel for help with transport to port, they told us three times higher price than we have from official servis... I can not recommended this place.

There's frequent brownout and they dont have generator. We experienced a long brown out on our first night and it gave us hard time to sleep. Staff are polite.

The staffs were approachable, the room was comfortable, the services were good, and specially the location was the best although they are renovating the other side of the hotel.

Stay away from Room 7 and 6 as both rooms are the worst in the property-smells bad ad you see mold on the walls. The air condition also smells bad whether you turn on or off. These two rooms should be OFF the list so guests don't have to suffer there. If you are one person, the hotel would put you in one of them and telling you the rest is not available when in fact they are vacant. People with asthma should definitely stay away from them. The rate is also not cheap for a room in that bad condition. I won't stay there anymore.

The room is pleasing, it makes you feel comfortable, the staff are very friendly, during our stay there, my gastritis occurred making acid re-flux/heart burn at night, my boyfriend asked them if they had a ginger to make me feel relieved the staff said she had a boiled ginger/ or "salabat" and gave it to me for free. Staff are very thoughtful and will treat you like their family

The room that was assigned to us does not have bathroom, this should have been included on the description on Expedia. Also, it says that there will be a roll over bed, but the room is too small for even another bed. Smell of room is also not clean. We arrive early in the morning and thank you for the early check in but the aircon in the room is not cooling well. It was very noisy that we cannot sleep well. The staff was no t accommodating at all. No sense of urgency.

We will be back on this hotel next year for our valentines celebration. The location was perfect close to the beach and willys rock.

This motel is really sucks. Hotel.com should drop this form their web sites. The owner is too cheap to fix things such as light switch fixtures, air condition noise was terrible, under wear, clothes, hanging in the hall way. I won't recommend this to any one.

The AC worked very well since the room was pretty small. It was just my fiance and I so we didn't mind. The only issue was if we hung up swimsuits to dry, because of the humidity and the small room, clothes never fully dried.
Every morning, we were served a typical Filipino breakfast. Even when we were to leave early the next morning (6am), they still had breakfast waiting for us. There's also free WIFI available on all the floors, but it was quite slow.

I had an excellent stay at la Bella casa, it was quite and clean as requested. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel staff were definitely the highlight of this hotel. Not to say the breakfast and room weren't also lovely. The location for the price is phenomenal. And I also really appreciated that when we were late for our scheduled breakfast they knocked on our door (as I have a tendency to sleep I). If you have enough friends try I book the upstairs loft.

I stayed 2night in this hotel, it is 2 mins walk from the beach, so it is not sea view, it is clean and the staff are very friendly, breakfast was ok, they didn't change the towels so i had to ask for that. in general it is very good budget hotel, i we were lucky that we had the 3rd floor all for us because i was only 2 room with sitting room and dining table and kitchen, i felt like i am at home, but you have to be carefull of one thing, transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport is not incluced in ur package so you will pay around 1800 peso for transport and they will ask you to pay it the time you are leaving the hotel. i recommend this hotel

I was quite disappointed in the hotel. It was like staying in a closet room...with only the basic needs provided. We still enjoyed our stay in Boracay but will certainly use a different hotel on our next visit.
