Room was ok average. Bed was hard not great. Room service was not consistent and we had to ask to get our trash taken out a few days. 2 big problems: 1. I had to get new room keys at least 2 times a day. These are the worst room keys ever and would not work so we had to go down to front desk multiple times a day to get new cards made. I heard and saw other guests doing the same so I know it is a known issue. 2. The breakfast was not great. Coffee was watered down and not great. I wasn’t expecting much, but the eggs were rubbery and I was going to try a yogurt, but when I opened it, the yogurt had mold inside it. Threw it away and never went back to breakfast.

Area felt safe, only one entrance. Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and attentive. Very reasonable price, stayed for 6 nights. Will stay again.

I honestly am in shock at the condition of the room, from the horrific odor when we opened the door, to the sticky surfaces everywhere, the huge crack running down the tv, the cracks in the tile, the lack of professionalism at the front desk when checking in or asking for normal pillows. The only positive was checking out and the friendly staff at the front desk at that time and the courteous laundry gentleman I encountered coming out of the elevator. This hotel room was so bad that when my son came to visit the room, he took a video of it to share on Facebook. I have never been so appalled. I was only staying for a night and was leaving early in the morning, otherwise I would have left the moment I checked in. Do not stay here! I never will again. I honestly think a motel would have been more comfortable and clean.

The room is dated, bedside lamp bases are rusty, the room itself smells terrible, cigarette smoke odor. We stayed for 4 nights, different front desk (single person staffed) member each day. No customer service, only gives abrupt answers to any questions, no very friendly. The person in the free breakfast room was very nice, helpful, he did his job very very well.

I have stayed here before and it was pleasant both times. It's just the right distance from home for a full day of driving. This time I was heading through to another destination. Will likely be staying here again in the future.

The Second Shift desk clerk was terrible she put a family with children in a room above us and the children continued to jump up and down in the room disturbing us beneath them.When we went to the front desk clerk for assistance and to address the matter but instead of addressing the Matter she moves us to another room to inconvenience us instead of telling the kids and the family to stop jumping up and down .We had already unpacked and move i feel this is a matter of racism because the family was white and i was black i would recommend if you are a black family not to stay at this place. I also reached out to expedia and they were no help either i will no longer book with them as well. Thank you to expedia and Laquinta for ruining my Birthday i hope you all feel good about it .

Our room did not feel very clean. There was dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Also had spots on our sheets.

The gym offered zero wipes to clean it and no towels. They also had a fire outside from a persons cigarette- I told the front desk and he did not even say thank you and I even gave him my water bottle to put it out. Just say “thank you”. Not referring anyone to them

Great place to stay before an early flight out from Indianapolis International Airport.

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean. Air conditioning worked well. Quiet with good water pressure in the shower. The sheets were nice but the pillows weren't fabulous. They were acceptable. Bed was firm The couch and chairs in the delux area were a little old, but they were clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold options. Coffee was decent with a mini pot in each room. Good stay all together!

Very nice hotel. Room was nice and clean with good amenities. Beds were firm but we slept great! Breakfast was ok, eggs were watery. There weren’t too many options. Overall a great hotel with friendly staff!

Hotel was good though our room trash hadn’t been emptied. But had probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had.

It was incredibly well-kept and the staff was very helpful (had a problem with the TV). The breakfast bar was really good and fresh and had a lot of variety. We (my brother and I) had absolutely no qualms about the room or check-in. This was a perfectly-good stay and we look forward to being there again next year for the same convention that we attended this year !

Good location, nice pet area & the best restaurant, coachman, is a 5 minute walk!!! Bed comfy but pillows are aweful! Breakfast was standard fare but coffee undrinkable!!!! Colored water...yuck!!!

The staff was very friendly. The thing I didn't like was the when I asked for clean towels I have to go to the front desk.

At check in, I was asked for my ID which was then photocopied-this is a recipe for I I theft- when I asked why- I was told it was “ for incidentals and possible damage.” I was also told I could complain to the manager the next. When I spoke with the assistant manager, she claim it was standard practice at all the local hotels-doubtful. When I asked who had access to the copy, she said it was kept in a locked rokmfor two years and only the manager and general manager had access- again doubtful This is supposedly for audit purposes. She could not tell me how it was disposed of after the two yrs. This is NOT standard hotel industry procedure. Do NotStay at this hotel. No place on their website or Hotels.com listing does it state this is their policy. An employee told us the hotel will be closing in the fall- good riddance. I also told the assistant manager that I would be posting a negative review and she just smirked and shrugged her shoulders.

The rooms AC seemed unable to purge any of the humidity from the weather, making it feel somewhat damp. It was only when the weather became drier the humidity in the room went down. Other than that, no complaints about my stay.
