Very dirty and over priced, bed was hard

Check in was supposed to be anywhere from 3pm to 12 am I booked in evening around 9pm and the front desk called me shortly after asking if I was still coming and if I wasn’t there by 10:30 they’d cancel my reservation

I searched for cheapest near Chicago, so this is my fault. Almost no staff spoke English, first room my key didn’t work, second room AC didn’t work, third room AC barely worked, no vending machines work, laundry doesn’t work, no breakfast no coffee. Next time I’ll pay the extra $20 and stay at an American owned place

I was a little disappointed in the bath area water pressure was low and the tub was badly stained the facility needed to be upgraded the outside curb appeal was good .

alot of stuff is broken, my first room i was given has the locks broken so i asked for another and the did right away just to walk into a burnt desk chair and a roach leaving the bathroom towel and walked right out the bathroom door and towels were different color and stained bed sheets had rips and in the shower the was a used up bar soup

The hole property smelled disgusting and the bad gave me a rash not worth a dime bed sheets are all dirty

Honestly, for the price I can’t complain but it did smell like cigarettes. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and there wasn’t very much light in the room except for like 3 lamps. A $60 deposit was asked for when we arrived which we were not made aware of but we got our money back so again, can’t complain. Overall, there is definitely better out there.

I loved the high ceilings in our room. However, our key card kept messing up and they were blaming us for it. There are no elevators so that was a little inconvenient. Also, all laundry was out of order as well as the ice machine on my floor.

The room was overall pretty good. It could have been cleaned better

The woman at the reception is the most disrespectful, rude, racist person I have ever met. I asked all the other clients for 60 dollars in cash as a deposit and I asked my 100 dollars why and she didn't give any logical answer. She treated me very badly.

A Cozy Retreat with Exceptional Service Since my first visit in 2018, this hotel has consistently provided a welcoming and comfortable stay. The staff’s exceptional service ensures a delightful experience, making it a place I’m always eager to return to.

Not sure if it's undergoing changes, but the property has a lot of issues: no working vending or ice machines, pool has been closed because it's unsafe, shortage of soap or toiletries at the front desk, littered parking lot. The staff helped to the best of their ability but hopefully, these issues get fixed soon.

Bed stains carpet looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed if I wasn’t tired I would have left that instant other wise was quiet only slept like 5 hours and I was gone.

There was no soap for the hands or shampoo, body wash.

The property is creepy. The hallways have multiple odors and you can’t get in one of the side doors w a key card. Further more my room shower didn’t work at all and honestly even if it did I didn’t want to use the shower because it was disgusting. I tried to tell the front desk but when the lady came to my room she told me there was nothing she could do about it and didn’t get me a new room or reimburse me any money from my stay. Nor did they offer at least a free night at another location! I would not recommend to anyone ever! Please never stay here I’d trust red roof before this place

This property is absolutely disgusting. There was pubic hair all over the shower, dirty yellow half folder towels, no AC, the pool was condemned, stains on the couch and bedding, there was marijuana smoke in the building, the front desk refused to refund our stay even after we showed them the issues. I was still charged. We did not even stay,we left and went to a different hotel. We had 5 children with and we were not staying there. There was also some tweaker guy who kept knocking on the hotel door when my husband and I were down in the lobby trying to deal with the issues. My children were terrified and sobbing. Absolutely DO NOT STAY THERE.

Not impressed at all for price. Not one little soap just in case you forgot yours. Towels were see thru thin. Needed all to dry. Felt safe. Area is good. Bring your own utilities.

10:30 at night, party going on near to my room. Someone pounded on my door. I will never stay here again. What a Expedia experience!!

No cups but a coffee maker. Busted toilet lid, no handsoap in the bathroom, crooked tv and stain on the bed. Big noooo just don’t go not worth !

I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time I was in that building. Nothing was clean and it smelled like sweat and rubber, almost like a roller rink or a hockey rink. One of the rooms next to us had a sheet put under the door and it was like that the entire time we where there, the cleaning lady skipped over the room itself. They falsely advertised breakfast on their website, there is none. The room itself was disgusting. The bathroom didn't have any toilet paper in it other than the half roll that was left from the people before us. The water pipes where exposed in the bathroom and the soap in the shower and the sink where in crusted covered dispensers. The lamp shades in the room where all broken and the bed looked like the sheets hadn't been changed. We slept in the car and got a different room for the second night even though they wouldn't give me my money back. -10/10 do not stay here you will regret it and loose your money.
