Very friendly front desk staff, room was clean, hot tub relaxing, liked that the pool wasn't to deep so my not super strong swimmer could still jump in but also practice some swimming.

I was disappointed. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. There was a used candy wrapper on my nightstand. The toilet flush hamd didnt work and had to be manually adjusted in order to stop continuously running. There was some sort of machine running on the other side of the wall to my room continuously, 24/7.

Th breakfast was disappointing. There was no plates, no regular syrup for the waffles, the serving counter was dirty with food spilled all over it. The staff seemed overwhelmed but was trying very hard.

I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card issuer. Almost 3 weeks later and the deposit hasn’t been refunded. I prepaid through Expedia and provided a card for the deposit at check in. I spoke with Expedia and message the Hotel directly on their Text service. I got a “ Let me check on that charge for you and get back to you. I'll message you here once I find out.” It’s been a week since and nothing.
The stay itself was ok.

Everything was great except Breakfast. The first morning when we came down there was hardly any food out. The 2 girls in the back in charge of the food were laughing and dancing in the back not really concerned about making sure the food was full for the customers. They had to be told there was no food. The second morning was somewhat better. The juice machine was broken both days. Other than the breakfast the front desk was amazing, room was super clean and comfy.

The pool was nice & warm. The pool has a separate shallow area for little kids. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice & helpful. I checked in ahead of time and really liked that option. It makes it faster when you get there. I also like the emails and texts from the hotel to welcome you.

It was a comfortable room, good breakfast, and excellent pool for the kids- warm as a bath and with some fun features! This was the perfect break during our long roadtrip.

It would be a good idea to get rid of the black mold in the caulking around the tub. Also a spot in the bathroom tile could have used some caulk & repair.

We booked this very last minute as our vehicle had broken down while passing through. We showed up with nothing and the nice lady checking us in gave us planets of soap and toothbrushes, toothpaste. We appreciated the little things as we had nothing. The room was adequate for our family of 5. We breakfast was good as well.

The toilet seat was coming loose in my room 308. I did mention it on check out and the counter gal immediately wrote it down...so hopefully maintenance was just as quick repairing it. Both check in gal and check out gal were friendly and efficient! Nice hot tub and the kids looked like they were having a good time in both pools.

The front desk was not helpful or accommodating, rude and not welcoming. We love La Quinta’s and try to stay at one any time we travel. We were disappointed at this location. It’s as if upper management doesn’t care about this location and leaves it up to management and staff - who are extremely unprofessional. Any time I needed help, I needed to wait for someone to walk in from their smoke break.

Sadly didn’t get my vote. The card keys stopped working twice. The breakfast buffet ran out of regular coffee twice. We asked our room to be cleaned at the front desk. Went back a second time and no one was at the front desk. After the fourth day I physically found a maid and asked her to clean our room. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and rattled every time you turned the light on. The property was clean but needs a lot of work in the customer service area.

Our stay was very comfortable. I was able to sleep through the night which is always difficult in a different place. There was a pull out couch in our room so we all had our own bed to sleep on. I would stay again.

Expedia oversold the room. They charged us for a different room at the hotel. When requesting a refund from Expedia, the hotel apparently said we never checked in. I’m owed a refund still.

I didn’t like that I paid through Orbitz for my room a month in advance. But the hotel manager whom checked me in, still charged my CC again for the stay. So I was double charged. He never sent me an email of my refund on my CC and my card doesn’t reflect a refund. So I will be turning this hotel into the fraud department of my cc company. Not fair, not balanced, not professional. I won’t be staying at this hotel again. In this time of inflation we all just want a hotel room with a reasonable rate, but when they charge you twice for the same room this hotel isn’t worth it. I recommend nobody stay here. They just want to gouge your pocket book. No thank you

Reserve for 6 people via Orbitz but when arrived the staff said there's only two beds and no sofa-bed. He was helping us to accommodate by providing two roll away beds but for additional charge!

After reading a few reviews as we were traveling on our way to the hotel I was a little concerned. However, when we arrived we found the hotel to be very nice and the front desk people were great. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our experience there was a very good one! We never ran into a grumpy manager so not sure what those reviews were about!

The room keys took 4 times to get the doors unlocked. The room bed comforter had blood stains on it. The shower had mold and human hair in it. The hallway carpets were stained. The hotel vibe was less than my expectations for La Quinta. I was very disappointed.
