This is the worst experience i had with any hotel ever. I have stayed in various hotels before but never seen such terrible service , facilities and rooms. The room was dirty. We asked for a fan at least 10 times because there AC was not working properly. Zero service. The lobby manager was very rude. Overall pathetic experiece for the kind of money they charged.

Some hairs lying on the floor; No hand towels, No slippers. However good front office service and good breakfast. A tired looking property which needs refurbishment.

Cleanliness was lacking. Found hairs on the floor. No handtowels. Pillows were hard. No bath slippers either. Breakfast was good. Front office excellent. Very helpful. Car parking valet scratched my car. Saw it later. Very disappointing.

Not Radisson standard. Spa was terrible. Dispute between the staff was shared with customer. Their credit card swipe did not work. They did not have change to return. Property needs to be refurbished.

Staff is very cooperative and helpful, breakfast buffet was good and has lots of Indian and International cuisine options, Anita at Front desk was very helpful, she took care of issue , because my flight was late and even after checkout, she offer help to deposit my luggage while I go for sightseeing in Delhi

Check-in was difficult as they didn't find my booking. Then they could not give me room with double bed. The room was not so good. The only good thing was the biryani in the restaurant.

This is a fine place. It could improve by keeping preparing the room better before guests check in. Also placing a couple hand towels in the bathroom would be helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Our overnight experience at Radisson was delightful. The room was a bit compact though but overall stay was wonderful esp the dinner and breakfast service. The food tasted good, loads of variety and the hotel staff was very welcoming as well. The room service staff was fantastic, best and fastest delivery of service.

The location of the property is great, right on Sohna road in the vicinity of couple of malls.
Not a grandiose hotel, but well kept and neatly maintained. The staff is excellent. Always eager to offer their services.
Rooms are cozy yet comfortable. Not much in room amenities to boast about. Not much options wjen it comes to room dining as well, predominantly because of less staff at present, i reckon. The rooms offer great views of the Sohna road.
Didnt get chance to explore the facilities on offer, hence cant comment on that.
The breakfast spread is very good though I found few items to be repetitive. Food quality is just superb.
All in all, an excellent choice for business travellers and families staying for a short period.

My experience at this place was fine, some may take this review as unfair but Ill say it anyways. I left behind a personal item in the room, noticed it was missing on my taxi ride away from the hotel. Called the hotel, emailed and nothing was recovered. Find it very hard to believe that this particular item was not in my room.

Nice hotel, however the safe didn't work and had to be changed, got woken up 3 separate times, one was a deal on a massage, one was a call from reception for the wrong name and the 3 they hung up. Really did not like that. Came off of a 15 hour fight and needed to rest however, the consist calls were annoying and unprofessional. The wifi was the worst I've ever experienced, there was actually next to no signal for the duration of my two nights

The hotel was excellent. We stayed for 2 weeks and the restaurant staff was what made the trip so memorable although all the staff were very good. Umesh, Amita, Anju and Dilip in particular were brilliant along with many of their colleagues. I would also say Sanjay in housekeeping was excellent. I look forward to staying again soon .

Room service needs improvement... especially the staff interaction with the guests . The person who is taking orders on tele needs to be more helpful and patient .
