The first room that was given to us was dirty and smelled like smoke. They’re were items left in the room and it looked like they put butts out on the bathtub. 2nd room was better but the 3rd bed next to the restroom was covered in dog hair.

Apart from the staff attempting to enter my room at 12:30 a.m., unannounced and unauthorized, there were no wash cloths and the sheets appeared to have been previously slept in and there was no trashcan.

Sheets were not washed, there is a makeshift mechanic shop on premises and it’s just old and unclean

The floor was dirty. The restroom and bathtub were dirty. The toilet seat was broken.

There was a big black mold area on the bathroom ceiling. The microwave hadn’t been wiped clean in who knows how long and the sheets had holes in them. I wasn’t expecting much but a clean place to take shower and Sleep. Not here!
I would sleep in my truck and rinse off in a sink than pay to stay here again.

Shower/Tub was old and stain. We had small little bugs crawling on the floor but the a/c was awesome. It was cold but the whole building is very old . Walls are so thin you can hear people talking outside the walls

Upon check in, was given a room that had not been cleaned. The room assigned was.average, however the shower curtain rod was almost completely detached from the walls and the tub appeared to have been painted in places and was peeling. Had to get the door key reactivated every day.
I have stayed in many Motel 6 motels and this would probably be rated at the lower end of the spectrum.

They had so many rules and charges for things posted up that was not listed online. The man checking in was rude and the area was very sketchy

Was not clean. Bath tub was not wiped down, floors not mopped, one of the towels was dirty, looked like pee in the wall, every light switch was dirty. At least the toilet was clean. I am usually not too picky but this was just gross. The bed was comfy and sheets looked clean.

The staff was super helpful and polite. The room was a mix of new-ish furniture, very old sheets, no real blanket and a very poorly done bathroom remodel. Would not stay here again.

It was good. Seemed like they cost it in paint after er every stay. Trying to make it all modern when I feel they could slim i t down ...to much is to little sometimes.
But was ok. It's just a room and that's all I needed for the night

The hotel was so dirty I felt uncomfortable with the idea of showering there. I was grossed out in every way… and even had trouble sleeping. There was dirt and grime on everything, a huge bug, no batteries in the remote control, rude staff, and it was a waste of money. This place wasn’t cheap either… I was very upset with this stay.

Left for work for the day only to return to a door that was unlocked. Heavy cigarette smell. Cigarette butts in doorway of room, stairs, and walkway. Will never return

Nothing fancy about this place. The best thing about it is the easy access to I-10. Ceiling floors are not sound proof, TV, fridge, and sink is the just of it. Don't expect any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash...there are towels though.

Check-in was good, able to put us in a ground floor room as we were traveling with a pet. Room temperature was to our liking. BUT, the room was filthy. The paint was peeling off the bathtub, trim was peeling off tub and walls, stains on walls and door frames were not washed off. Dead bugs/spider webs were under headboard and on floor, live roach in tub, luke warm water in shower. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I waited an hour for someone to check me in. Then they claimed I didn’t have a booking without even asking my name. Then the guy got so rude to the hotels.com staff, customer service hung up on him.

I checked in and went to the room to turn ac while we went to eat .. came back a little after an hour and the room was still hot so i called front desk and was told ac takes longer to cool ... mind you that was at 10pm .. by 1 it was still hot so they changed us room.. and the room never got cold 😥... my daughter's had a game the next more and were very uncomfortable all nighy

Not a very good hotel front desk person is with shorts always asking for deposit room are dirty and not. Working was missing the tv control

We were very disappointed in the appearance of the property. Appears to have an abandoned van in the truck parking area. Dead shrubs and dirty parking area. The rooms appeared to be clean and attractive. We had to switch to a different room as the 1st room's deadbolt would not close. The new room was hot because the air-conditioner was not turned on. I believe as a money saving tactic. My biggest complaint is that the 2 Staff persons I made contact with appeared to be unfriendly. I smile goes a very long way in pleasing the customers.
