Leipzig is a fantastic town with amazing history and one of the best city center locations in the world. This hotel is located in a not so great section of town. The staff was not great. They over charged me for the room and messed up charges on my credit card. Hotels.com did help me with this to correct the issue. The room itself, while spartan, was very clean and fair for the price. The hotel is about a 25 minute direct walk from the city center. The area of town is not the nicest. But for the price of the room and for the love of Leipzig I would be tempted to stay there again. There is ample busses and trolleys nearby the hotel to take you where you want to go if you don't want to walk. You do need check in between 4-7pm or your out of luck. And you do need to make sure it's very clear how to leave and enter the building outside of those hours. Also, if you have trouble climbing stairs, you should be aware since the rooms maybe several flights of stairs up with no elevator.

The hotel is located close to transit to the downtown core, but the room had very thin walls and we had a hard time sleeping from the noise created by other guests.

its a hostel with good service and nice staff but you need to know that you can only check in at certain hours of the day and the only bad thing is the ubication. but for the price still a good option

Incredibly cheap hotel, good breakfast, very noisy

It is nothing fancy but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and it is only a short tram ride from the city center. Well worth the low price

My wife and I spent a week in Leipzig over new years. Hostel was well priced. Not much in the neighbourhood, but it was only four tram stops from the city center. Room was spacious and clean though bed was only moderately comfortable and pillow was bad. Bathroom facilities were good and kept very clean. Reception is only open limited hours. Still, it was a good stay for a good price

main problem was the road was dug up. Also a check in time of 4 pm is a bit over the odds. The room and service was fine

Disinformations about parking space, no free tee or coffe!, no kitchen, I am dissapointed

Nice, small clean room with bathroom down the hall, all I needed, easily accessible from the train station by tram, and good value for money. However, note that check-in is ONLY between 4-8pm, if you arrive earlier you can't even store your bags, and if you arrive later you're out of luck!

Not really a good hotel, in a bad Lepzig's area, the hotel is old and needs to be renewed! It's ok just for one night, if you are travelling through the Germany. Reception staff is very kind.
