There’s no cable TV in this property, every room has a smart tv so unless you want to log into your Hulu/Netflix you can’t watch anything. If there’s incoming storms (it’s Oklahoma, it happens a lot) you wouldn’t know what’s going on because there’s no local stations to watch to keep an eye on the weather. When I checked in the person was hassling me on how much I paid (because I used Expedia points) and acted like he didn’t want to check me in because I didn’t pay the full $50 or whatever the room was. No hair dryer in the bathroom, even tho it says there is one. Ice machine was dirty, had to go buy ice at a quick shop. There’s trash all over the parking lot. Most exterior lights didn’t work very well. Will not stay here again.

This property is exactly what you’re looking for when traveling a long distance and need a reasonably priced room for the night. Quiet property, great service, a fridge and microwave, and lots of Doordash options. Also east to get back on the highway. 👍

We should have known by the rudeness of the woman who checked us in! We walked in, took one look at the room, walked out, and got a hotel elsewhere. This is what you would call a "flea-bag" motel - it was dirty, stinky, and we could literally see the bugs flying around!

Door would STICK!! Thought I wasn’t going to get back in for my puppy. Then when I went to turn key card in there was no one on site and the door was locked comfortable bed.

Check in and out was easy. Staff was kind. Looked like they were in the middle of updating the hotel and the one next door to it. Only down side was the mattress was not the best, but for a quick stay on a road trip it worked.

I contacted the hotel ahead of time, notifying them of late arrival. When we arrived, no one answered the door. We could not check in!

It is an older motel that has been remodeled. Price is great , but motel is nothing fancy. Like the old saying goes - you get what you pay for.

Very spacious and well appointed unit. Far nicer than the typical chain.

This is a budget motel, and very good for the price. It’s an older property, so some things in the room were not in perfect condition. But it was clean, had plenty of hot water both at night and in the morning, and a comfortable bed. We arrived late at night, and the lady who checked us in was very nice. When we come back through this area, we’ll stay here again.

No hot water until after 6 a.m. Also the electrical outlet in the bathroom didnt work. Had to make coffee elsewhere and dry my hair elsewhere.

The heater did not work properly and the manager had no idea of how it worked!We were hastily put in another room where that heater did not work either!And then the manager left for the night after telling us if we had a problem, we would have to wait till the next morning at 9am to get it resolved when he would then return.NEEDLESS TO SAY, We were GONE by then as to not sit around freezing any longer!!!

The motel was clean but a bit rundown. They did not have a breakfast. The staff was nice. The value was good for just an overnight stay.

Pretty weird hotel, and it does not have a pool, which is the main reason I picked it; and it's right next to an empty hotel like they share a parking lot...there are other options in elk city I would definitely recommend choosing a different hotel.

We booked this hotel while driving across country. It was a long driving day so I called to tell them we would be late. When we got there, there was not staff - Someone who told us she was helping out the manager gave us room keys. She drove away before we could check out the rooms. There were some obvious problems. Some were just annoying - Torn curtains for example and the light bulb was burned out in the bathroom. But the security lock on the door was broken off and it looked as if my daughter's room hadn't been cleaned. There was an empty bottle of juice on the floor. It was late and we had been charged so we realized that we had to make the best of it. It was a BIG mistake. In the morning, my daughter was covered with bed bug bites. We have pictures of the bugs that we found in the morning. We also paid for a room with breakfast, which they said they stopped doing a long time ago. Not even coffee. I called Expedia after to complain and they said they would call me right back and never did. I have stopped using them. This was my worst experience using their services.
