The location of the hotels area

We stayed for 5 days and were very satisfied. The price was cheap and the service was better than the price. Thank you.

Pros: -The hotel staff are great and extremely accomodating. -I was given a room that was totally different from the pictures, The window was tiny, room was dark and I felt claustrophobic. (Room 629) I asked reception if i could get a different room as what I paid for and she was accomodating and gave me a room that was bright, large window with plenty of natural light. -The staff are friendly and most are smiling all the time. -The hotel is located in an area that is walking distance to almost everything....Terminal 21 shopping mall, MacDonals, Starbucks, SkyTrain Asok and Metro Station is nearby. You can get to MBK shoping mall, Siam Malls and Chachutak weekend market easily on Skytrain. -Food Is nice and tasty. -Breakfast is healthy with tasty seasonal Fruits. Cons: -My Hotel View wasn't nice but of course, Bangkok is a city so Its expected. -Some of the Sofas in sitting area needs to be replaced. -Pool Chairs will need a good wash down. -Taxis do not put on their meters, they always want 500 baht and they get away with it. So you realy have to haggle the price.

A great hotel thats close to both Nana and Asok BTS and also Terminal 21. We had some Aircon problems with our first room but we got a new one when we reported the problem. Overall, we felt very comfortable in my room, and we appreciated the amenities provided. However, we, encountered a couple of issues that I believe are worth mentioning. Firstly, we found it quite stressful to open the bathroom door as it was very hard to open. This inconvenience took away from the otherwise pleasant experience of the room. We would suggest having the door mechanism checked and possibly adjusted to ensure it operates smoothly. Secondly, my partner had some interactions with the front desk staff that were less than satisfactory. On several occasions, she found some of the staff to be rude and snobbish, which negatively impacted our stay. We recommend addressing this issue with the team to improve customer service and ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. We hope these suggestions can help enhance the experience for future guests.

Been to this hotel several times and always very friendly staff, clean rooms and located walking distance from food and major shopping. This time however, a glitch, TV service has been reduced to only able to use the hotels Netflix at an outrageous price of 499 baht per night with just a few incentives such as late checkout. I could find no other channels or options after a very intense search. Most hotels provide the app so you can login to your own account.

Generally ok. But had a few c&&&old showers due to no hot water. Annoyingly, no hand towels provided. As was the lack of a towel rail to dry towels. Establishments that are purportedly eco friendly would have provision for the drying and re use of towels Some sort of small food item was under window curtain on arrival, still there when i left. The bedside lights a bit quirky, one didnt function, and eventually figured out how to operate the good one. The text on switches almost worn off/ hard to read, especially in poor lighting. The switch names would have been better positioned above the switch, not on it where subject to rapid deterioration Buffet breakfast ok with reasonable options. But when the expat supervisor not there on weekend, they pack up earlier. Wanting another coffee, a stainless jug was taken from fridge, and warmed using the steamer on the espresso machine. Appears that the leftovers go into the bext days brew!!

The hotel staff is very helpful and nice. Location is ok, can walk to the main road. The only bad thing is that they don’t allow early check in.

Best hotel we stayed in in Thailand. The hotel itself is visually pleasing and in a great area, super close to terminal 21. Ice lollies on arrival were a great touch and much needed. The room was laid out really well and I liked that you could control the lights from your bed. Okay negative is that the restaurant is quite expensive but the happy hour is great!

Wonderful staff, clean and near shopping and transportation. It was everything that I sought.

Traveled 24 hours on flight. They had rooms ready but would not check me in until exactly 2pm. They made me wait 30 minutes for bad policy and I was smelly and tired from long long flight. During my stay, I had visitor and it was like interrogation despite me listing 2 guests. They wanted ID or passport. I started to just ignore the front desk staff and walk by. That was another ridiculous policy. They gave me a secure key annd you have to have it to get up the elevator and then they start asking for my ID, when I return and there is a different staff. Again. I just ignored. I do not take my passport out drinking with me. The property was very nice but these were very negative intrusions on my stay and why I will NOT stay here again and only give 3 stars

The property is a long way nside the street and DOES NOT HAVE A SHUTTLE SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Room not up to date. broken Bathroom locks & Pool is old not well Maintained.

Walk along the street easy to find it out, but, take so long for walking from the BTS or terminal 21. No restaurants near by. Having said that, the staffs are very well and very nice.

Located right between Nana and Asok BTS station, Lots of massage places along the roadway to hotel. They should get their tuk-tuk back

The shower room door was broken and my wife was stuck in there for so long till the guy came and fixed.The switch of toilet is also broken. I booked this hotel because it said 4 start.It should deserve only 2 Star.

Arrive at the hotel at 11.30 am was told that check in is at 2pm and my room not ready yet. No problems with that. Did notis that there was 5 or 6 people waiting in the lobby. I come back again at 1:30 pm now there are around 30 people waiting in the lobby. Turns out that everyone is waiting to check in. And exactly 2 ph the 2 women behind the counter starts the check in . With a long line of tired travelers waiting for there room. In all my years of traveling i never experience anything like this in a hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff helpful breakfast fantastic. Rooftop pool was nice.

Noisy. You can hear people talking outside the room. They wouldn't call a metered taxi for me.

Stayed here several times. Nice discount on weekly bookings. Hard to find a better deal anywhere around Asoke. Nice, simple breakfast buffet with really good eggs and soup. Nice pool, small but good gym. Next time I'll book a month, even if I travel for a few days here and there.

Lovely place next to everything

The room is super clean and the mattress very clean and comfortable. Super central, a short walk from Terminal 21 and 1 skytrain stop from EmQuarters. Staff is very attentive, responsive and kind. Overall a great value for money!
