the hotel in general is good. The staff is friendly and helpfull. the only disadvantage is no air conditioning.

The rooms are smell, not comfortable room, shower is leaking and handle is broken....

What a pleasant stay. The reception staff spoke good English and checked us in quickly. The room was nice and large enough with a nice view of down town Da Lat. it was minutes away from the lake, the cathedral, bars, cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel especially the many choices at breakfast and it’s old French style.

It was a great hotel, room was spacious and clean, except the floor. It was just 5 minutes walk from the markets which were really good. Lots of flowers. Staff were very mind and very helpful. The weather is fantastic.

Our stay would have been much better if it would have respected that our booking is with a child and breakfast included. We need to pay for our childs breakfast. The staff could just confirmed with Expedia to make things better for a start of our holiday.

Good comfortable room at first glance. Looks clean, but after walking around the room for awhile, the bottoms of my feet became very diry. Sweeping and mopping must happen very infrequently. No aircon, but a fan provided adequate cooling. Odor from bathroom floor vent - noral for SEA. Breakfast was decent. Overall a good stay if you overlook the dirty floor.

It is a nice clean oldish hotel close to the lake and city center. A non-aircon room which is unusual in SE Asia but ok in January because Dalat is quiet chilly.

It was a good stay. The price was okfor the weekend but about 20% too high for the weekdays when other hotels dropped their prices; so we moved out.

The hotel is in a very good location. We can see the center market and walk there within 5 minutes. There is no air-con in the room but we can sleep well without any noise. Metered taxi found easily in front of the hotel.

Have a wonderful stay in the hotel with a nice view of Xuan Huong Lake and Dalat market. It is very close to Dalat market and nearby a nice church and Paris tower.

the hotel is in more then good condition the staff where excelent, we lost the bus to dalat and we came one day later, they gave us one more night for free. Will come back

I booked this hotel in the expectation that I would have at least the Best Western standard of cleanliness and customer service. What I got was a room with a floor so dirty that my feet were coal black within minutes of walking barefoot. I cleaned the floor with a face cloth and the filth that came off was ubelievable. It was late and I was too tired to complain that night. I took photographs. The hotel is designed to allow flow of noise up the staircases and through the walls and floors. We were on the fourth floor and our doors rattled to the extreme noise of karaoke coming up from level one. We had workmen drilling in our adjoining wall at 8 o'clock at night and when we complained, all we got was smiles, apologies and no action to stop the work. The staff are very good at apologising and then doing nothing. We complained for a second time and were assured that the noise would stop in 20 mins. No it didn't. They were drilling and moving furniture around until well past 9 pm. A third angry complaint brought it to a halt. They just moved to another room to continue work over our heads.. A request to speak to the manager resulted in the duty manager high tailing it out of the hotel and disappearing down the road and the housekeeper ran away when she saw me coming to speak to her The rooms facing the lake are extremely noisy from traffic, the rooms at the back face onto a shanty town with all the noise that that produced- music, loud speaker announcements at 05.30

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two days. This was the first time we visited Dalat. Our stay was very enjoyable from the time we arrived until we left. The entire property is very well maintained. We thought the food at the hotel was very tasty. The staff was very helpful and professional. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was central to the market and downtown area. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The breakfasts were ok; the same both days. Lots of Vietnamese food and few selections of other kinds. The coffee was cold.

Very nice hotel with every convenience. The breakfast has a good choice. Some of the staff speak English very well. Great TV size.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay :) the room was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, walking distance to the night market, tons of restaurants near by and right by the lake that you can take a paddle boat out on. The breakfast also had a lot of selection for western and Vietnamese style :)

The staff are polite and hard workers. They represent the hotel nicely. Since we are from the USA, we were hoping to have the A/C on but the staff told us that there is no air conditioner in the hotel, however they offered to bring in a fan for us to use in our room. The staff put the customer's comfort priority, we appreciated their effort. The breakfast was always came with varieties, Vietnamese guests can enjoy Vietnamese food (soup/noodles-even for breakfast) or different kinds of pastry and very tasty yogurt for non Asian guests. The supervisor of the dinning area is very courteous. We will use the Best Western of Dalat in our next visit for sure.

Floors were very dirty. breakfast ok. good internet. no ac, but most hotels here do not have them (did get a little warm and had to get a fan). close to lake and town. we paid 33 us so worth it of a superior room. soft bed.

Pleasant hotel, comfortable beds, good location. Breakfast was disappointing, bread was stale, when the butter ran out 45 minutes before the end of service, the request was met with 'all gone'.Artichoke tea was the only tea available, cereal and juice ran out were not replenished.
