This hotel is an easy walk to the subway station, plenty of convenient stores around if needed. The hotel was kept tidy and personnel quick to assist with any issues we had due to language. One suggestion is to put instructions for the air conditioning unit and washer/ dryer unit in English in the room for quick access. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in with a washer in the room. 🤗 There’s also a McDonald’s right next door which makes it handy for a quick bite.

Although it is far from the centre of Shinjuku, it is convenient to take shuttle buses to Shinjuku station.

It was not the best location for a tourist who wants to enjoy coming downstairs and have so many options around! However there are few restaurants and convenient store and easy transportation around! So really depends what you are looking for!

My family will stay with this hotel chain whenever we are in Japan. Tokyo Stay is the best!

The staff advise that there will be provided only 1 time per week free of charge cleaning and no diary clean our guest room changing towels and clean up rubbish bin which because there is no man power and all basic services have to be payed as extra charge !!!

Whenever we return to Japan, which will be soon, we will be lodging with Tōkyu Stay!

Staff was super helpful at check in. Room was clean and they provided toiletries. Water pressure was immaculate. Room is small for two large suitcases but it is manageable. Definitely recommend to tourist traveling on a budget and want a nice play to stay.

There are plenty of amenities in my room. There was a washing machine in the room.

Washroom smelled like pee. Room is super cramped inside. Good size for 1 person. More than 1 is just terrible. No regular housekeeping just garbage and towels. Got better service at a motel 8. Would not recommend this property. It's so small you can't even get around. Location however is good. Having laundry in the room is great but instructions for those who don't speak Japanese would've been better. Detergent however was provided. So big plus there.

Very nice little business hotel. Small but that was to be expected, the area around it is great and the staff was very nice.

Good staff, clean environment, very small but nice rooms. The washing machine inside the room is a good extra. Complementary robes and slippers but no water bottle. Only one subway station near by (4 min walk).

Stayed at this hotel during my last visit to Tokyo and it does not disappoint. A good value and very clean and welcoming.

The hotel room is rather old and not well-maintained. The bathroom is smelly. It was a regret to stay in this hotel. For similar price one can find much better room and better location near shinjuku. I will definitely not staying in this hotel again.

Was a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, with easy food options around. The hotel itself was very clean and had great facilities inside the room, and felt very secure. Great stay overall.

Checked in and was given room 616. View from room was pleasing. No wifi. Zero. Zip. Nada. Despite a small sign in the room 'free wifi'. Nothing. Phoned reception. Girl came up with modem and tried. Still nothing. Only apologies. Arranged for another room - 216. View was of building and street. Only privacy with blind down. Room was 'clean and functional' For Y31000 per night walk-in rate it would want to be. Bed ok, tv ok. shower ok. Guests will generate rubbish. This hotel chain wants guests to take their rubbish down to garbage area (not nice) and sort out their own rubbish into respective bins. What? Seriously. We had 2 card 'keys', one was lost. Hotel asked for Y2000 as replacement fee. For a small piece of plastic worth a few yen. In view of the first day lack of wifi this fee could have been waived. We stayed for 4 nights. No staff before 7am. Staff inflexible. We will not stay at this chain again.

The older gentleman that checked me in provided horrible service, he just kept yelling, and was awful, I will never stay here!

Hotel clean and quiet. Room very small.

The room was clean. I was a bit disappointed with the restroom. The pictures make it look like the restroom was clean, but when we arrived there was mold and mildew around the bathtub. The room itself was very small, it only fit 1 big luggage. The bed was comfortable and the check in was easy. The transportation for the metro was nearby. I would definitely come back if they actually maintain the restrooms. The pictures online were a bit decieving with that.
