La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, honestamente han bajado mucho la calidad de todo comparado a veces previas que ya habíamos visitado el hotel. Al momento de hacer check out tuvimos la experiencia mas desagradable de toda la vida. Quisimos pagar los cargos remanentes con American Express, sin embargo su terminal no tenía conexión, literalmente era la única forma de pago con la que contábamos, al momento de ver que la terminal no iba a funcionar le comentamos a la persona del front desk que nos permitiera ir al banco a sacar dinero y que le dejabamos la tarjeta y nuestros documentos en garantía. Nos retuvieron las llaves del auto y nuestras pertenencias, no nos permitieron salir de la propiedad y nos vimos en la necesidad de llamar a la policia para que nos auxiliara. La PEOR experiencia de todas, el PEOR servicio al cliente. Jamas volveríamos a hospedarnos en el hotel, nunca lo recomendaríamos y quedamos extremadamente indignados y con un mal sabor de boca por el trato tan pobre que dan a sus huéspedes. El peor hotel de todos

Everything was wonderful! The only problem was the noises at night, one night some guests partied all night and they were not told to lower the volume. Otherwise, everything was great! Highly recommend this property!

If you want to get away this is yhe perfect place really relaxing

Tienes que firmar un montón de hojas, hay muchos zancudos, hay moho en los baños, el servicio de restaurante es muy caro para las porciones que ofrecen, la vibra fuera de ser relajante es pesada, el camino para llegar es pésimo.

Property is nice, well maintained. Neighborhood is not that nice. In general, staff do a fair job. Nayeli, at front desk though, was rude and mean towards us and other customers. This employee Nayeli is way below the level of customer service provided by her fellow employees. Our weekend was ruined by this person. Otherwise, stay was OK.

Hotel is aging and service needs to improve; pool is dirty

I've always been a fan of the courtyard, I've used the Spa services before and that was the primary reason for returning. Unfortunately, staying at the hotel was disappointing because the pool and hot tub were dirty.

This place is stunning. From the minute I arrived to the second I left the hotel I felt welcomed. Hospitality is on another level. Room was sparkling clean and the food and drinks were awesome.

La alberca debería ser templada, nos desilusionó que no fuera así, faltaron amenidades en la habitación y quedaron de llevarlas y no pasó. El spa nos encantó, volveríamos al spa sin duda.

Our room was very small and the window was only at the side of hallways. We felt that the price didn't meet with the room quality. But hotel is very cute and at the nice location. Hotel Staffs were not so friendly.

Everything about El Chante was great, was very discounted that the pool was not heated that would have made it perfect.

Food was great! Reception service was not all that great. They did not have our SPA reservation done like requested so we ended up at a different t time and not getting it as a couple. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were dirty. Installations are nice but it’s not what they promote

This place is an absolute gem. It is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed anywhere. It has great staff, an excellent restaurant, a very nice spa, and comfortable beds.

The Chante offers you a serene, peaceful, and a lovely environment with the many options of a spa and resort setting. The service was great from the moment we arrived, to the last bite of great food from the restaurant with the exception of the service. It seemed as if they lacked timing with when to take the order, and when to check in with you to see if you needed anything else. Other than this.. the accommodations were extremely clean and aesthetically inviting. We had been here 3 other times, but this was the first time that we weren't very impressed with the restaurant servers.

The only decent staff are the parking attendants! Were there for a week but did not enjoy anything there. Staff barely spoke and one day my room did not get cleaned. I spent all my time out only slept there. Oh, good luck in finding the place. Do not recommend 👎

The hotel staff were excellent. Amilio was great and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The WiFi was not good at all and only available in the reception area. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was ice cold, but the hot tub was good. The restaurant could use some improvement although the staff were great, They only had one hamburger, no ravioli, and no guacamole. They had 3 different menus and they gave us one menu and then we noticed that the food at the next table was different then that on the menu. We asked and oh we have another menu. Some of the food was great, but some was not so good. The hotel had a nice view and facilities.
