The employees are kindly and nice, the room is clean, but facility looks a little old.

It is located near to some major and large shopping malls, and there is a convenience store located at the ground floor of the hotel. It is super convenience and the hotel room is very clean, tidy, comfortable and large. The staff is very polite and speak in good English. If you travel from the airport, you can take the public bus directly from the airport to the hotel.

Very friendly English speaking. Also note that in the Wotif notes, it states that the front reception is unstaffed, this isnt true. The reception is staffed as per a normal high end hotel. Walking distance to most features and the concierge will help by writing any tourist destination in Chinese so the local taxi drivers can deliver you to your destination easily

OK, if you are a foreigner staying in China, this is an amazing hotel to stay at. The staff speaks excellent English and was so helpful in navigating the city, how to get places, and helping us use Chinese apps for discounts, basically anything you need. Very friendly. Great stay, everything as you would wish to have it at a hotel.

Staff were attentive to needs and even catered kids slippers when they noticed kids stuff in the room! They also noticed we had an issue airing clothes. Initiative and attentiveness 100%!

Bad choice. Hotel staff refused to let my family and I use the pool because we didn't have swimming hats, then tried to sell some to us for 40 dollars a pop. Sure, I get the policy, trying to keep dirty hairs out of the pool, but a heads up would have been nice, an star beside the "indoor pool" service explaining the conditions. Put a sour on our trip. Shame on Holiday Inn and Hotels.com

The hotel is clean and serice is good, the breakfast is also nice. The room is too small with such price.

The hotel was nice! The staff was very good and the location was close to the pier and subway stop and pretty central. Great for sightseeing.

Not suitable for 4 star grade hotel. Unpleasant room condition was the worst part.

The hotel location is near the city center,the rental service is good,the driver and the attendants are friendly!

2 blocks from subway stop . Subway stops at most scenic sights. 5 blocks from shopping mall , restaurants. If you walk to broad walk , it is a bit far ,suggest to take subway .

Awesome experience staying here. Great location close to shopping malls, Carrefour, restaurants and bars. 10min walk to the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the breakfast is good. I enjoyed the stay in Qingdao. Will recommend Holiday Inn City Centre to my friends who come to Qingdao.

Very good western hotel

We were made to wait an hour before we could check into our room. There was no air condition despite winter was over. It was warm in the room. There concierge Tim was the worse concierge we have came across. When we asked him to help us book a certain seafood restaurant, he told us there’s a long queue, that we would have to queue for one hour. Then he arranged for another restaurant where they will send their driver to pick us. Of course we did not go to the restaurant he recommended. On our last night, we went to the concierge counter to help arrange for transport to take us to the airport the next day. He called the transport contact and told us he can’t tell us the price for the transport. That he will call us tomorrow. We are wondering why if it is the hotel transport, shouldn’t there be a standard price? I suggest you look into this guy’s work attitude. Seem like he’s trying to earn extra money.

Not impressed that I booked and paid for the Executive Suite and it was closed. There was no notification of this over the CNY period. The make up for this closure was below acceptable for the payment. The food was essentially the same each night, with little variation.

Found eaten food under bed from previous guest. Carpet was stained. AC did not sufficiently cool down the room.

Its a great place to stay/camp in...pretty close to WUSI square and Mix City...metro station accessibility and very cordial staff
