The room was not as advertised. It was way smaller than was shown in the pictures. There was no place to sit in the room or to open our suitcases. We were so disappointed that we didn’t stay. We asked for a refund and have yet to hear back from Expedia.

Great service, great restaurant too. Good location. Good price.

Giada is a beautiful property, just up the street from the beach in Samara. The flowers and landscaping are amazing, really surprised my wife and I how nice it was. Staff is very friendly (Karina is a sweetheart!). Rooms small and simple, with a nice balcony. Can't beat the price either. We would stay here again.

An older hotel but well-maintained in a good location in downtown Samara only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It has the best restaurant we have experienced in Costa Rica.

A pleasant hotel with two pools and a small interior garden. With some older and newer features, but all in all clean and a great stay. The closeness to the beach, local shopping and food choices makes it a great option for sating in Samara. Walk the hallways and admire some of local art. A short drive to beautiful Playa Carrillo.

Nice property right on the main street, and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was excellent.

Excellent stay!! The front desk was very helpful in giving beach information and directions. Olger provided us with local beaches to see.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient, we needed some help with a transportation issue and Oljer was on it!!! The pool in the back is lovely, short walk to restaurants, shopping, bank, etc. The beach is great....all in all we really enjoyed Samara. If we come back we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Giada Hotel again.

Good place to stay one night or two, the room was simple and a bit small but confortable with a view on the swimming pool ! The staff was very nice and helpful ! We didn't try the restaurant but the food seems good (Italian restaurant) !

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was as expected, having AC and fan. The pool was nice and great to be able to walk out of the room straight to the pool. Restaurant was good quality too. A great stay as a quick walk to the beach

The staff at this hotel was incredible. My daughter had lost her phone and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind in helping me communicate with her! Excellent!

The staff from check in/out, within the restaurant were amazing and very friendly. The hotel room did not have many amenities (bar soap - just liquid-, hand lotion, etc.) overall an amazing location with outstanding staff so I will definitely stay over there again.

Won't hesitiate to go back. We were worried about noise as we were on the "city view" road side of hotel but it wasn't an issue at all.

Loved staying here! Hotel Giada in Samara was the highlight of the trip!

The hotel was in a great location. Just a very short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Karina at the front desk was so nice and helpful. All the staff would always say hello when passing. The pool in the garden area was even nicer than expected. I would definately stay there again.

The hotel was nice and centrally located. The restaurant on the property was delicious and we enjoyed eating dinner there. The free breakfast was ok, could be better. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We chose to park on the street because the hotel only had a small parking lot with room for about 8 cars and so the hotel practice was to double park the cars, so you would have to wait for someone to move their car in order to get your car out of the lot. The 2 pools also looked like the water needed to be changed (the water looked dirty and oily). The beach and everything that you need is within walking distance.

Ever my employee was so helpful and kind. The facilities are well taken care of and close proximity to everything you need - just steps from the beach. Also quiet at night, no problem sleeping. Would definitely recommend!
