The hotel staff are EXCELLENT. Especially Dina. We were stuck in Rimini for 5 days due to the UK ATC issue and Ryanair’s incompetence. The kindness shown to us by Dina during this time was invaluable. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that really helped ease a stressful situation. Thank you so much Dina, you are an absolute star!

Outstanding for the price.Service was great and it was a short walk to the beach. Good breakfast. We only stayed one night. If it was much more, i would look at other places. Only because the quad room with a family of 4 (older kids) was a bit small. Pretty typical in an Italian hotel though.

The staff was wonderful--- very friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles, even from house keeping. The hotel is simple with small rooms. Not an issue if you dont plan to spend much time in the room. Breakfast was kitty corner from the hotel and was very nice. Paid parking was a short walk from the hotel.

Cozy and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, and the included breakfast was fantastic. Steps to the beach and great nearby restaurants.

The whole staff is very kindly and helpful.
We had got welcome drink and massage
Every day we got waters in minibar and towels for the beach it were free
The room is little but no problem.
The room is clean and we had large balcony and air-conditioner.
The breakfast is excellent very varied (hot, cold, sweet and salt)
On the beach we can rent umbrella and 2 sunbed daily 15€.
Parking place rent daily 5€
The hotel is nearly to beach and parking place about 2-300m

Great little hotel, very close to the beach and all the restaurants. Staff friendly and they were very welcoming towards out little dog, so if you're travelling with a pet - absolutely great. The only disadvantage is a size of a room, they are pretty small, but overall it was good

A very good experience, reception staff very friendly and professional, room clean, bathroom exceptioally clean, breakfast good and a special treat was given to each guest. This hotel goes the extra mile..

Stayed in the off-season. Ridiculously cheap. Great buffet breakfast. Service was fantastic. 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.

The quality of service compared to the money is very good. The staff was extremely helpful, even gave us discount coupons for some nearby restaurants what we used. The room is really small (no space for suitcase). To be fair there is storage space, but above the bed and is a little hard to reach. The bathroom in big, but the toilet is situated funny and there is just about 30-40cm to put your legs. Relatively clean. Probably would go back.

The hotel itself was very comfortable the staff was extremely helpful and the location was not far from the main sea front and shops . The breakfast the next day was among the best we had on our tour of Italy and staying at other hotels.

Staff were excellent, even much better than at more expensive hotels. Easy check-in, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Very nice buffet breakfast and two staff members making sure everything is clean and all food available at all times. Great service, excellent value for money.
