It is pity that i have to even rate this hotel. I booked this hotel for two nights but i checked out just after one night.the rooms are not even near to what is shown in the pictures,expedia should take special measurements to see what vendor is posting is genuine or not.Anyways the rooms were pretty small and smelly,the hotel is situated in the village type environment hard to find,road to reach there is very bad,it is behind the TDI mall and Mc Donalds but dnt get fooled its all village behind this mall.the water comes out of the bathroom into the room while bathing,you will feel that you're almost sitting in the flush while bathing because the bathroom is so small.the locks in the room are useless and beware if you are going with your Gf or wife because they have special staircase outside your room window and the curtains (dnt even ask). Bad experience i wish i cud get my money back.

Hotel recommended by you was not good. very bad hotel.

Look, I understand this hotel is in India and it's in Agra of all places, but it's not fit to stay in. The beds are damp with dirty sheets. The walls are mouldy. The towels are covered in rust. The bathroom is terrifying. The hotel is down a dirty dusty road in the middle of what I'd describe at best as a field and at worst as a rubbish tip. The staff seem nice enough but have no idea how to maintain a hotel to the bare minimum of standard. As i say, i'm aware of the conditions in India but i implore people to stay away from this hotel. A good recommendation would be the hotel daawat, the staff are incredibly friendly, the cost is cheap, the rooms are warm, inviting and comforting and its probably close to the best you'll get in Agra (short of the Novotel, Radisson etc). If it weren't for the Taj Mahal I would sadly not recommend Agra to anyone, but, it is one of the most incredible buildings in the world. Just a shame that some of its majesty hasn't rubbed off on the hotels in the region. Hotel Daawat all the way!!!

The hotel had no information about the reservation, the pic shown in the website is deceiving, hotel staff are localites who dont know how to converse, at the check out day, they would keep calling right from 7 in the morning to chek out, no hospitalty, it gors without saying that the food is horrible and tea and coffee plzz visit nearest CCD. The way to hotel is a pain, not a concrete road.

We have been in India three weeks staying at budget hotels so have a perspective that is realistic. The worse problem with the hotel was the plumbing. Our bathroom had water standing on the floor the whole time we were there. I think it was leaking from the toilet. My sisters room had water standing in the sleeping area too,,,,she slept cold and damp the first night and then asked and got a new room the second night. No one fixed the water problem and they rented the room out again that night. The paid for a space heater to reduce the dampness. The toilet seat on our room as broken and the hook behind the door missing a screw so was unusable.....it would have taken someone ten minutes to repair both of those and the staff stood around most of the time so had the time to do it.One english speaking staff person was very helpful. The boys that hung around wanted to be tipped for everything and weren't very pleasant about it....bringing towels and soap that were missing, changing the room, etc.Tbhe restaurant was a poorly lit basement but the eggs were hot but the water ordered never arrived. We booked an english speaking driver to drive us back to Delhi and the one we got couldn't speak a word of it.

Having paid quite a lot for this room and having read the description for it,. we were quite excited to stay in this hotel. The place has been nothing but a disappointment. Room was dirty - they had to come and change our bedlinen to clean ones - which were also stained. The bathroom (with no tub although it says that it has one) overflowed very easily. Cable stopped working after our first day there and they werent able to fix it. Staff were friendly but expected a tip for everything they have done. They overcharge on everything and phone you morning and night in your room to make sure you eat there. We unplugged our phone but could hear them ringing other rooms at 6:30 in the morning!! The location is aweful and quite dangerous. The hotel cant call you a taxi and its quite a trek to the main road. If you want to have a good stay in Agra, avoid at all cost!

The hotel is good.and the location is also good but the service is very very very poor. They took one hour 45 mnts to serve breakfast in the morning. I will recommend this hotel only for stay not for food.
