The pools, hot tub and facilities were clean and nice. Walking distance to everywhere. My only complaint is the staff weren't as pleasant as I thought they would be. Requested cleaning service on the second day of our stay (which is given) before 3pm because we would be back by 3 to get ready for a wedding. Returned to our room at 2:45. Housekeeping arrived at 2:55 to clean our room just as we started to get ready and shower for the wedding. Then couldn't return at 4:15 when we would leave because they were finished for the day. The next morning they couldn't offer a late checkout and actually gave me an attitude that I was even asking. Chose to just check out and have our bags held with a friend at Southernmost Resort. Do not think I'd stay there again with all the options offered in Key West with more friendly staff. The woman who checked us in our first day on Friday 11/1 was the best and only pleasant staff member.

This place was in a great location and has great resort amenities. The pools and patio areas are lovely. I'd say our room was a little on the small side and the breakfast could've been better. The staff was friendly and had great recommendations dor the area.

The place to stay in Key West if you want pools, hot tub, nice breakfast , a reasonable room, nice staff Gree shuttle near and a wine reception every evening. i have come back five times and never disappointed.

Very quaint and relaxing

Overall Ok. Room floor was dirty when we arrived and had to ask for it to be cleaned which they did promptly. No shelfs in the shower to hold bath products. No shejfs ir cabinets in the bathroom for storage.

We got there at 2 pm, our room wasn't ready until 4pm. She said she would call when the room was ready. Well by 5:30 we got no call. We went back to the hotel and there was another cute little girl there. She was going to give us a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We asked if we could have a 1st Floor. And she gave us a beautiful room (suite). We had a wonderful time.

Nice clean friendly hotel close to all attractions but far enough to be quite at night

Great location and relaxing environment! We enjoyed using the pool in the evening.
