Everything about our stay was excellent. I can only state that trying to book our stay through the Marriott website would not work...error messages each time.

Nice, clean room with comfortable beds. Breakfast had great options, but could’ve been warmer. Pool was clean and water did not irritate my son’s skin or make our eyes itch/make it hard to breathe due to chemicals. The hot tub jets were broke though, but was still relaxing.

Rapidly becoming our favorite place to stay in Grand Junction…rooms are large, beds comfortable, and nicely furnished. Location downtown is incredible. East walk to everything. And the breakfast is really great with lots of selection and tasty. All at a reasonable price per night. Definitely recommend.

Mostly great place. Seemed to be missing a lot of basic amenities like hand soap and the bedding for the trundle bed. Things I'd expect to be there for $275 a night. They were provided upon asking, maybe it was just an oversight.

Shower door falling away from wall and would not seal.
Elevator / only one working and too busy to use.

Beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. Great views. Very clean and quiet. Rocky, front desk clerk was very nice and so helpful!

The service was always friendly. The hotel was clean and accommodating. The bar tender was friendly and good at her job. The pillows were very flat and need to be replaced.

We stayed for one night before flying out of Grand Junction. Hotel was convenient, staff was friendly, and there was even a musician playing for a couple hours that night. I would recommend that property to anyone.

We like staying at the Spring Hill Marriott. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the breakfast is just so so. For the price I would want a little more upscale breakfast.

My principal frustration was more of an issue with the other guests’ behavior than the staff or property. Kids slamming doors and stomping and jumping on the floor until 1 am. The clerk apologized when I called to inform them and I was told, “Yeah, we’ve got a lot of complaints tonight. Sorry.”
I guess my other frustration is why don’t hotels stagger or space guest when it’s only 1/3 full?

This was our 2nd visit in a week and enjoyed every part of thr services, room, breakfast.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting my family near Grand Junction. It’s in downtown and the location is lovely. Near shops and especially pretty with Christmas lights on the streets by hotel. Lovely to walk in the evening.

However, I stepped out to drop my husband off at work, when I came back, the maids had cleaned our room already. They cleaned out everything! We left things in there that were taken and I have tried calling since Wednesday and have not been successful. I thought check-out time was until noon. I didn't even check out with the front desk

We recently stayed at a SpringHill Suites in Irvine, CA. This one is so much nicer! Very nice, very clean, and the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. They have a nice little bar area where you can grab a drink and parking was easy. We will definitely stay here again if we are coming through the area.

Hotel is wonderful! We had a great stay! The front desk even had a phone charger when my phone died.
