Overall was a good stay. Little skimpy on breakfast and washer/dryer was loud if your room is next to it.

Comfortable and quiet. Front desk recommended a nearby restaurant that was within walking distance and not fast food which we appreciated.

The only thing that we didn’t like is the available electrical outlets. At our age we need an outlet to charge hearing aids, cpap machine and two cell phones. Only one was available near the bed. Two outlets available several feet from your bed and then I had to put my phone on the floor. One of those plugs, once my device was plugged into it, my device plug fell out of the wall. Time to call the electrician and update the outlets.

Didn’t like much. The person at the check in on day 2 was nice and helpful. Room was dirty. When we walked on the carpet without shoes our feet got dirty. Did not have full size towels. The breakfast was the worst since Covid! Don’t usually require much, but would have liked a few more choices other than bread out of the bread package. Coffee ran out on the 1st morning and I reported it, I got a dirty look and she said I know. They didn’t have knifes on the first morning and she just simply said they were out. (Walmart was less than a mile down the road). Will think twice before staying at any Microtel again

The front desk check in employee was rude and unhelpful. They ran out of breakfast food on our second day. When we asked if there was anything else to eat we got an unresponsive answer. I would never recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very good. It was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and the check-in was very smooth. The friendly clerk at the front desk provided an excellent restaurant recommendation. Couldn't find a place to recycle my plastic bottle. In the breakfast area patrons kept filling their large mugs with coffee...leaving breakfast patrons no coffee and having wait for coffee to be made.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Water pressure in the shower was great! Room was small but did have a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was typical. Staff were friendly. Perfect for a short stay

One of the nicest places i have stayed. Staff was amazing. Very helpful. Even came out late one day for breakfast and waited until i was done before cleaning up. Very helpful staff with all needs. Four of us stayed gor 3 nights. All happy.

There are a few choices in Dickinson, so I will pass this by next time. On a first floor room the sound of the upstairs water moving through the pipes was annoying. I see others have mentioned the broken security door. So why don't they fix it. The star. are pleasant and hard working, but this hotel is below average.

We only had 1 tissue in the tissue box, so had to call front desk and they brought us a box. The toilet flusher did not work decent, the water ran and ran and the tank did not fill. Called front desk and she came up and wiggled on the inside and said it was okay now. It was NOT okay, as every time we flushed we had to wiggle something in the tank so the tank would fill and it would flush the next time. :(

No housekeeping services. Only every 3 days. Staff was nice, but they seemed very understaffed. Lots of cleaning/chemical smells in our room. Will not stay at a Microtel again.

I called the front desk because my TV wasn't working. They said they would send someone but no one came. I don't think they had anybody on staff to come. Not the end of the world but a call back to say we're sorry or some kind of compensation would have been nice. Place was ok otherwise.

Outside door would not open with door card so it was propped open with rock. Anyone could walk in. There was a large group of Hispanic workers staying here and they were rowdy. The dead lock on our room door would not work. The water from shower covered bathroom flower, it was wet and gross.

The hotel was simple and clean and tidy. The girl who checked us in was very personable. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it appeared that no one was wiping down tables as people got up from breakfast.

The staff was amazing. The air conditioning did not work in our room, so they promptly moved us to another room.

Had a single queen room. It was hot out and the room was clean and cool. Had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast included both hot and cold.
