Room was great!

Cleanleness. Hall way to room and room, the floors looked like they had not been vacumed for two weeks.

Fourth floor was pet-free and quiet. Parking was good. View from our room was an open field and calming. Refrigerator was clean and working well.

Hairs in bathroom from precious occupants, had to use magic eraser to clean bathtub (too grungy for a soaking bath), used disinfecting wipes on tile floors (filthy), had to rinse air filters on AC unit (months, if not longer built up on them), carpets were very dirty, used coffee grounds in coffee pot, loose dirt in drawers …

We have stayed in a lot of Hampton's, and this one is very nice.

Restaurants within walking distance. Nice sized room. Hot breakfast.

TV didn't work.

The room had several issues. The curtain was unattached at one corner so impossible to shut out the parking lot light. the bedside table top drawer would not stay shut. when we arrived the check in clerk was on her phone for a minute before she looked up or said can I help you. there were only paper cups in the room no plastic. when I asked at the desk if the breakfast room had plastic the clerk said no, but the next morning there they were by the juice dispenser.

Room was large, clean, and bed was comfortable.

We booked saying we had 4 children & got a small room with 2 queen beds. They wouldn’t upgrade & brought in a cot. Could hardly move in the room. probably won’t be using Booking.com. We will book directly with the hotel.

We had to wait 3 hours for a room to be available.

Breakfast excellent. It was nice having a restaurant across the street.
