Excellent!

Property was wonderful. Very comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately the museo/park that is right across the street was closed. Limited dining options. Breakfast was ‘ok’ - not great. Weak Coffee. Staff were all very friendly snd helpful.

Two bars of soap, very good one for the shower. One for the sink. Facility is very easy to use. Get around in. Staff very helpful hotel shuttle very useful. Breakfast was very good.

I was traveling with my two dogs and had already stayed at La Venta Inn in Cd del Carmen, I experienced the same friendly service in Villahermosa, staff is helpful and rooms are tidy and clean

The location was great to visit La Venta Park. Easy access off highway.

Good choice for one night after landing late in Villahermosa before continuing on to Palenque. Short walk to the awesome Parque Museo La Venta.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bathroom smell bad all the time because TP was not allowed to be flashed. Our room was cleaned but our room service items weren’t removed for 2 days. TV control didn’t work. No credit line ( of course with a cc on file) not an option, everything has to be paid on the spot. Breakfast included was average and cold.

The hotel is very close to La Venta Park, which is wonderful. The hotel is very clean and in good condition. The restaurant was closed when we arrived (about 7pm), so the front desk clerk helped us order a pizza for delivery. In spite of the language barrier, he was very helpful and we got what we wanted.

Convenient location, newer hotel for an overnight with full breakfast buffet included. They also have dinner available in the restaurant if you are travel weary and parking in the back of the building.

Upon arrival, they could not find my reservation so it took a while. After checking in, room was on first floor above lobby. Room was spacious and had enough plug ins which I had a hard time finding at other hotels I had recently stayed. This hotel trusts its guests as the remote control and A/C control were in room already. The hotel itself is closely situated to La Venta Zoo/ Museum which was why I chose this hotel. I walked to museum which was like 5 min walk and walked around lake. Also close by is a plaza with a few restaurants and a pharmacy around the corner from there. The hotel has a restaurant within which I received free breakfast buffet which had a good variety- pastries, fruit, cereal, and chilaquiles, beans, etc. I would stay here again.

Clean room, comfortable bed, filling free breakfast, friendly staff, decent location, quiet and restful. Cons: It may be a little frustrating if you speak no Spanish at all and the plumbing in my room needed a tune up. However overall a very good valie.

If you need to stay one night in Villahermosa close to La Venta park - this is a good option. Nothing special but clean and not expensive. 10 minutes walk to La Venta park. Cheap taxi drive to the city center where you can visit the Anthropology Museum with exposition of Olmec and Maya cultures.

Good hotel, room , services, checking was little bit slow because of the online reservation.

Room was spacious and newer with key card needed for lights and ac. Wifi signal did not reach the rooms so had to go to lobby to use it. That was the only negative or than not much hot water in the morning for a shower
