Very comfortable room. I enjoyed the pool. Walk down the hill to lovely town.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and dark. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. The pool area was nice but I’m not sure the pool was heated as it was quite cold. Location wasn’t great as there’s quite a slope from the village. Didn’t feel the hotel was good value for money.

The pool and terrace area is inviting and relaxing.

Very welcoming and helpful staff on reception - made excellent restaurant recommendations. Poolside area and other outdoor seating very pleasant and restful. Room was quite small, but the brilliant air-conditioning made it a super retreat from the heat of the day. Hotel is walking distance from the town centre and port, but the hill is steep. Fine going down; quite tough coming back up.

Extremely clean with regular servicing. Beware a very deep pool with no shallow end. Jacuzzi and sauna separate and difficult to access. Room simple but adequate, only one cane chair. Reception OK but multi-tasking meant frequent waits. Requested checkout evening before as early train. Told this ‘did not fit the system’ but glad we insisted as the high gates were locked when we left at 6 am. It took some time to raise staff to let us out as no one at Reception.

Beautiful place to stay, staff very friendly. We ordered 2 glasses of wine and was charged for the whole bottle when we checked out so we took the remainder with us. Beware of purchasing wine on site!

I booked it through Expedia and there was an issue that there was only one of the two rooms requested that was actually booked. Luckily it was resolved without any issue with the friendly help of the staff.

Very lovely oasis in Cassis. Beautiful grounds and pool area, large rooms with air conditioning that works. Short walk to the port, away from the bustle. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Micaela

The receptionist is a great asset to the hotel. She was very knowledgeable, proud of the area and happy to help. The room was very nice to.

Lovely small hotel with a great pool and helpful reception with a lovely welcome. I would definitely stay again should I return to Cassis. The flamingos in the pool were a cute touch.

A standard tourist hotel with decent amenities. The rooms are small and not the most updated, but the staff is incredibly warm and helpful so I'd stay here again.

Great stay. Will return again.

Room was shabby for the price! I paid 253 euros which is approx $375 CAD for 1 night! The safe didn't work. I was told they could fix it in the morning which was useless to me. I asked for extra pillows. The guy on night shift didnt have a key to the extra linens. The door was not properly reinforced. It looked like it had been forced open previously. Save your money for a nicer place in Cassis!

Great hotel in a good location. Easy to walk to the port and there is onsite parking! The pool was fantastic, the hotel staff was very friendly, and the bar/restaurant was always open. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would come back!

Lovely rooms, spotlessly clean. Nice pool and terrace, staff very friendly. Good breakfast. No evening meal available though, and jacuzzi expensive and not functioning fully.

What place to stay ! The swimming pool is fabulous and the hotel well located - only 10 mins walk to the main street. The kindness of the staff makes it an even great choice to stay in Cassis - Especially the lovely receptionist Corinne, who is simply exceptional !

I loved it. The staff was great in providing suggestions and direction about the local area. The room was clean and really nice. Cassis is a wonderful town, and I would look no further in finding a place to stay

Welome and reception was wonderful - very friendly and professional.Room was small although beautifully renovated & maintained. Note, no kettle or tea/coffee facilities inroom.Lovely garen surrounded hotel and throughout common grounds.Common grounds included well maintained pool, comfortable casual seating area, indoor & outdoor dining areas.Hotel location walking distance to town, although steep uphill walk back to hotel.Would recommend.

Staff were very friendly. Pool is lovely. Position is a bit of a climb from the quay. Room was modest, with no kettle and a disappointing bathroom. My two French colleagues were upgraded FOC and had much nicer rooms.
