Great stay great staff and wonderful dining

Excellent staff, great food and very good surroundings.

Stayed at this property a few times very nice and clean, quite,super nice stays and most of all very safe.

I have no complaints, the accommodations, service and staff were excellent l had a really enjoyable experience and loved staying here..l certainly look forward to staying here again.

My wife and I spent 4 comfortable nights here. The area is excellent and quiet. The staff was professional, the breakfast was great. Overall our stay was worth it and will come back.

Wonderful staff amazing service!

This is a basically nice hotel which could be so much better with faster service, better trained staff, and a swimming pool. The location is not super-convenient but this does mean it's quieter, and taxis come reasonably promptly.

I stayed at this property three times before and it continues to improve. I has extended the facilities in a very good way to encourage me to return.

When I got the room it was not what I booked online. I tried to get a better room but didn't get any help that night. So I waited to get a change the next day but no one didn't even called me. The night of the 14th when I came back to the the was a roach on the floor. So when I went to check out the next day I was told that there is nothing they can do to help me. I was willing to stay another night but if i want a better room I had to pay alot more. Andrew was not a nice person and I will never stay there again.

I love the aesthetic though it needs some updating but it feels like home.

Very safe hotel with excellent security. Accommodations excellent and the Staff very accommodating and friendly. Sunday breakfast that includes pepperpot and other dishes not offered to Guest durng the week should be complimentary for paying guest.

The service is excellent and the staff is very attentive. The bathrooms need a bit of updating especially the shower. I would stay there again.

The staff, from check in to check out, went to great lengths to ensure our stay here was pleasant. Always courteous and respectful. Herdmanston Lodge is the perfect place to spend your vacation away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend it.

Room # 127 smells like mold real bad that might be coming from the AC unit. Gentlemen with the high top haircut was kidda rude when asked about money exchange. May suggest a designated smoking area. Yard upkeep was great. Breakfast was GREAT. Love the Roti and juice. Menue option was great. Susanna was OUTSTANDING.

I would not stay there ever again

The grounds of the property were pretty, the ocean breeze was heavenly, and the staff was very friendly. However, the protracted check-in process seemed outdated and the room decor needs serious updating.

Herdmanston gives you a taste of true Guyanese hospitality at its finest. From one of their their drivers Steven to Harry (who keeps the property looking excellent each day), everyone on staff will remember each guests names and make sure that you're enjoying your stay to the max! Many thanks to Sharon (who took care of my room each day), Susan (a waitress who was most helpful in the dining room), Suzanne (the dining room manager), Paul (who assisted with my luggage both on arrival and departure), Christopher H. and Wallace (who work in security), among many others who really helped me one evening when I misplaced my glasses. Although I was away from my home, I feel each employee embraced me with that "at home feel" and I thank each of them for it. Although I'm unable to name everyone that I dealt with during my stay, I'm hopeful those I've missed by name understand how much I enjoyed my stay and how grateful I am to everyone. Thank you all!
