The staff where friendly and accommodating to our needs

The reception staff told us they would leave our keys on the door lock for our late check-in. They weren’t there (thankfully, our door was unlocked). The room smelled like old perfume as if they were trying to conceal some bad smells… There was no AC, so it was quite hot at night… The kitchen had a pizza oven, a BBQ, but somehow, no cutlery/plates/etc??? When we wanted to do our checkout, there was no one at the reception even though it was supposed to be open… The only positive things are that the towels were included, the bathrooms were unexpectedly clean (judging by the state of the rest of the property…) and it was well located. It was ok for 1 night and the price we paid, but wouldn’t recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the studio rooms. It was clean, spacious and well set up.

We stayed in a budget room, however we didn’t realize it would be that bad. Nothing was clean, instead of an air conditioner we had a small rusty fan in the corner of the room. We were provided a tv, but no remote to turn it on.. and the smell was horrible. We were told to park our car in a specific area however there was no parks available so we had to leave it on the street. There was no bathroom attached to the room so we had to use the amenities block. That was actually quite maintained

The room was very basic, bunk beds old, unkept, had to wipe all cupboards t remove handprrints from previous guest's, crockery rewashed, area around carpark entrance not maintained with rubbish laying around, no clean blankets, really disappointed.

Had studio 3 - was ok - a bit dated - but had a tenant upstairs with a dog that barked and scratched at a door until 11pm - and other little dog in park also barked a lot

Road noise. The undercover parking was only suitable for small cars not 4WD’s. air con was leaking down the wall and behind wall tiles close to a power point and then across kitchen bench which had severe swelling and into kitchen cupboards which were also showing signs of swelling and water damage. We were also expected to strip the beds of linen ??

Fantastic cabin for overnight stay. Very clean and very friendly staff

Management wasnt very helpful, felt like we were given keys then brushed aside when a group of bowls men came in. On street parking, said i couldnt park in an area as a red car was going to park there? No car did! Had to go up stairs and pass permanet residents who literally took up the balcony space to our room. She smoked right out by us with her chair nearly blocking our pathway to leave the next day. No toilet paper in bathroom, lucky i checked before sitting on each toilet. Management said they couldnt leave things out cos they went missing!. Toilet paper!!! Very cramped camp park, room floor was still dirty with sweeped mess still on floor by bin. Thank goodness pub was down the road and i brought my own pillow as i didnt have a pillowcase on my bed. There was another door leading of our door to another room Guess you pay for budget, you get budget. Wouldnt even recommend this to family, friends or neighbours

Good location- close to beach. Helpful staff. Compact car park and bathroom.

Was advertises as onsight parking but was none available. Was told pay on day of arrival and they charged my credit card as soon as booking was made.

Lovely, spacious, clean & well equipped accommodation in a handy location.

The room was clean and tidy didn’t hear anyone else in the park and had a good comfortable sleep

It was roomy and very clean but first impressions were a bit worrying.It turned out to be comfortable.

1st off all I was Quoted for 2 nights from hotels.com ai was good was a deluxe cabin I don’t know what was deluxe it was the worsts cabin that I even stayed in I was cold at night just top and bottom sheets ok the cabin real bad. When I was looking in Hervey Bay to stay I was look for pet friendly place to stay . when I did check it I had to pay extra for my puppy. If you look for pet friendly that be what you pay .😡😡😡😡😡

A very basic room but value for money if there are 4 people you wish to use the facilities! Location was quite good and comes with free parking. Not very clean but if you not very particular about it, its fine.

i loved everything about the place staff were friendly room was clean

The property was very nice, close to major attractions and shopping centres. The amenities were excellent, can not but mention kitchen and recreation room equipped with many items.I would like to rate it at my higher ranks and recommend to my family and friends.

Clean and practical. Close to the beach. Wed definitely stay there again.
