Please work on this property. The toilet didn’t have enough pressure to flush, there was no light in the bathroom in the shower area and I had to take a shower in the dark, the AC was extremely loud. We didn’t complain because the staff was really nice and didn’t want to make it a big deal but I wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it. :-(

Internet service never worked, lack of water, dirty towels, no fire alarm...

If you are in Veracruz City for the night just to sleep and catch a plane the next morning, then this is an excellent choice. I arrived late at about 10pm. I had to leave at 8 :30 am. The hotel arranged a free shuttle to the airpirt but also provided a wonderful free breakfast buffet. Yes, with hot food options!!! If this fits your needs, then this is an excellent chouce. There is a convenient store across the street, but I did not see much else. I will say that the front desk did say that there were many restaurants and shopping in the area they would shuttle me free to, but I was in for the night and did not require any services that evening. Yes!! I would stay here again.

i was there for 12 nights... blown way!! friendly staff. security officers attentive and on cue,,, everyone always doing their best, above and beyond their duties...

Nice for the price. The inside of the hotel was great. The road in front was really heavy traffic. It wasn’t located near other hotels or restaurants.

The room assigned was dirty and scratches on some walls and bathroom; the WiFi did not work

My fligth was very early and logistically was better dor me to be closer to the airpor since the nigth prior. It was convenient because it is less than 15 minutes from the airport; however the area looks too industrial and once you are there there is nothing around.

Terrible ac not working, had to change room, new room no telephone, 2 microbeds RailRoad behind hotel, no transportation to airport, dangerous neigbordhood

Just layover in Veracruz, very close to the airport, I was little lost for a moment, but with the GPS, I was able to find it, friendly Front desk agent, nothing fancy, they offer me coffee at my arrival, which was nice I definitely stay here again Thank you

Fair stay, ok hotel if you need to spend one night but this hotel needs some serious TLC. no ice, room was dirty, cockroaches visible, bed was uncomfortable.

Train tracks right behind the hotel and several trains went by through the night, The air conditioner wasn't installed properly, I could see right to the outside around the side and top.

I was disappointed by the hotel, didn´t liked the bathroom, towels and cleanliness of hotel room.
