This hotel is a real paradise! Good sense overall. The views of the ocean, pool, and rooms are amazing. The employees were courteous, the maintenance was thorough, and I had a very comfortable stay.

Excellent service, spacious and comfortable rooms/bed with amazing view, great food. Pools were very nice! And also cute sand play areas for kids :) Only negative thing I want to comment is that the bathroom floors get super slippery when wet.... and my toddler and us almost(!) had few accidents... but overall stay was very pleasant, and would consider staying here again if we plan to visit da nang.

The hotel is nice enough but not at the price point. Staff are very friendly and generally trying, but I sense training is somewhat lacking. That said, I’d give a positive shout out to the Terrasse Bar staff. Room was clean and good size (an “upgrade”) but in a poor state of repair. Had to have several issues fixed on first day … and lived with several others for the duration of stay. The standard of refreshments and toiletries within the room was low. Restaurants were reasonable excepting breakfast, which was very average … And badly managed (had to complain near every day). “Water Sport” area a joke, with a couple of beaten up kayaks and some boogie boards. The jellyfish warning sign didn’t help the image. Lots of children but no proper Adults Only areas. Laundry hanging outside most rooms does not help the image. Landscaping and outside areas in general are very well maintained. Overall a bit too “family friendly” for my taste and overly biased towards a particular nation group … so not best choice for someone travelling by themselves (read lonely in a crowd).

Terrible situation happened at midnight. Helpless and bad feeling! But thx Mgr.Jason fix the problem for us. Let we can enjoy the rest of our journey. Thank you! Mgr. Jason!

The room condition was old and under managed. TV , Shower , air con was in poor condition . No wifi available, when contacted reception, the female staff was not of any help. Really disappointed for the amount we paid

The property is well located on the beach, has beautiful grounds and great facilities. There isn't much close by to walk to, but plenty a 10-15 minute cab drive away

Amazing sea view from our Two Bedroom Suite located at B701. Despite this resort being old, the surroundings are well maintained. But the rooms are significantly old with the pale wooden door and wooden furnitures, Two of us (out of 3) got badly bitten by Bed Bugs. Think it’s time they do a serious upgrade of their rooms and not just painting patches of paint over old ceilings etc. Breakfast spread was good, but food quality can be better. We tried breakfast at Osteria and the Ocean restaurant. Vietnamese options were better than the international spread. Swimming pool can be cleaner. Evening activities like shows and live music can be added. The whole resort looks quite dead after sunset.

Hotel's staff were friendly, polite & helpful. Our 3 bedroom residence was perfect & the location of hotel was perfect for our golf trip as there were lots of courses close by. The awesome beach view was relaxing after a hot day on the golf course. The poolside restaurant had delicious food & attentive staff. We're already planning our return trip & staying at the Hyatt again.

I normally do not make these reviews, but Hyatt Regency Da Nang deserves 10 stars, so much value and good service.

Everything was exceptional during my stay there for Ironman Vietnam Triathlon. The most exceptional were the staff/employees. Simply wonderful, helpful, extraordinarily friendly.

Beautiful resort. Excellent food and service, the best place in Da Nang to enjoy the beaches and have a wonderful time.

Great facilities

The service in the restaurants is all over the place! We waited for 2 hours for one of the mains to be severed at dinner as well as an hour for tea at breakfast! At the pool during the day they were doing building works right by the pool also, the noise was annoying!

Service attitude is great!

This was such a great hotel, me and my mom enjoyed our stay so much! The hotel was right beside the beach, you can walk right out to the beach, which was so lovely. The pool was beautiful, there was even a slide! (but only for kids, so definitely a plus if you're traveling with kids). Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The staff and the service are amazing, everyone was so helpful, made our stay super easy. It's not too far from everything, yet quiet because it's not in the city centre, so we were able to have restful nights after our day trips.

Excellent hotel for quality and things to do beach, swimming pool , restaurant. But to far away from the main town if you like to go out and see the day and night life.

This is my second time staying at the resort, first experience was 5 to 6years back, we stayed at the room with balcony, everything was quite well kept then. This time round, we booked a villa and a room with balcony. Good side of the place. Taps are running well with hot water (important to me), beaches are great, hotel staffs are very friendly and swimming pools well kept. The accommodations itself are now a bit run down. Needs to buckle up on the up keeping of the floor, lightings, cabinets especially on the door hinges (mostly already upgraded to the soft closing type), power points and switch faces already cracked, balcony railing getting rusted etc etc. Hope my expectations are not too high as I am paying prices of a 5stars resort.
