All staff were very helpful and friendly when requests were made. Hotel public areas and rooms were very clean and the room was well fitted out. The booking process for breakfasts could have been better explained by possibly an information sheet in the room, similarly tea / coffee facilities in the room would be a welcome addition. Minor issues that never spoiled our stay but worth mentioning. Would stay at Hotel Giotto again and recommend to others.

The hotel and staff were very good.

Shower tray in bathroom cracked in several places, needs replacing. Arrived feeling very tired after travelling overnight so needed to sleep, cleaning staff at hotel were determined to stop us sleeping despite do not disturb notice, ringing buzzer, knocking on door and finally getting reception to ring us, this happened twice over our 4 day stay!! Is it illegal to have a lie in in Italy?

A very nice hotel in a good location for walking the city. First of all Padua is a fantastic city. The hotel is modern with lots of art everywhere. The rooms were clean and spacious. WiFi was good. The bathroom was very nice and the breakfast was perfect with a good assortment of breakfast foods. We loved the city and Giotto Hotel was one of our favorite hotels during our 3 week vacation in Italy. I can be picky but I have to say there was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.

The hotel is ideally placed for the cathedral and the Potato della Valle, plenty of choice at breakfast too!

Great area well connected, pity breakfast is not included and it s 7 € extra. Furniture in the hall is interesting.

Very nice affordable hotel, conveniently located close to the city centre and main tourist attractions. I have stayed here many times when visiting the hospital on business and have always had a comfortable stay and been warmly welcomed.

Staff are immensely helpful going above and beyond to help. Last year when the lock jammed on my case the young receptionist Alberto spent an age trying to free it. This year I needed to obtain information and he researched it . Breakfast is reasonably priced and a good choice. 5 minutes walk from the Basilica

Very basic hotel. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is a bit expensive for what you get. Lots of mildew in the shower. WiFi was wide open without password so it was not very secure. The best restaurant in town is located 2 buildings from the hotel. The Restorante Pizzeria PonteCorvo. The hotel price was good for what you get.

further from the city central galleries and churches than we prefer, but close to an excellent patisserie. no tea making facilities in the room.

We were able to walk to every place we wished to visit, and the front desk attendants were very helpful with all of our questions.

We picked Hotel Giotto almost by chance but were very pleased with our choice. The room was well appointed and convenient, the staff helpful and the location was great. We would gladly go there again on a future trip to Padova.

Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of breakfast choices with pleasant staff members serving you the coffee of your choice; expresso,etc. The hotel is in a perfect location with views of St. Anthony's Bascilica. Close by and walking distance were restaurants, beauty salons, clothing stores ,grocery stores and many tourist sights.

I visited Padova during May 2015 with a vey clear purpose: enjoy Arena Chapel and the Baptistery and rest. Hotel Giotto offered me the peaceful and quite place I needed to rejuvenate and reconnect with beauty, art and myself. The room and private bathroom was pleasant, clean, unpretentious and just right.

Only really slept there. Clean quiet location. They had a great breakfast at reasonable price.
