The food was so delicious. We ate dinner here both nights of our stay.

This little family run establishment should be full each and every day. The rooms are spacious (there’s only 10) and super comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs - BEST meal we had on the trip. Absolutely loved our stay and we’re already planning our return trip!

On checking in and having dinner the experience was excellent, the room was dated and basic but suitable to my needs for a place to stay on a business trip. After a long day, I looked forward to getting into bed and much to my annoyance, all I could hear were loud voices, The Cranberries being played on repeat loudly and dishes being moved around. This was approx 10.30pm. On picking up the phone in the room to call, it did not work so I had to call the hotel from my mobile and the gentleman on reception said it was the kitchen I was over and said he would have the music turned off. Then at 4.30am I was awoken by the room overhead walking around and the flooor boards creaking as they moved and again at 6.30am. There was not tea/coffee i the room so I had to go for a walk to a local store at 7am to buy a coffee as breakfast is not served till 8.30 in the hitel and I was leaving at that time

The staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room and bed were old and not very clean. Close to town, the harbor, and lots of pubs and restaurants. Parking is on the street wherever you can find a spot. Overall, very average but if you're not picky you'll be fine!

Room was comfortable. Had a good stay, not in the bar/business area but very walkable (minutes) which is nice if you want to relax earlier in the evening. That being said, found some great pubs with live music easily. Breakfast was excellent!

Great value in Kinsale. Nice pub/restaurant on site, or you can walk to the heart of Kinsale in about 5 minutes. Parking is on-street but we found close parking both nights. Would stay there again!

We were put in a room that needed an update…
If you stay here, ask for a remodeled room. The beds in our room were hard, surface level cleaning was done, but there were definitely some questionable spots in the bathroom… staff were kind breakfast was good… The price was high based on other hotels in the area.

The hotel is lovely and clean, the decorations are very modern and everything was very comfortable for us.
The address on hotels.com was a little off and it took us down the wrong street - it took us a few minutes to figure out where it was.
Our TV was a little wonky, but the owner came up straight away to fix it, and he bought us a drink at the bar for the inconvenience.
The food and drinks were lovely. The wait staff were all very friendly and quick to help.
We had a great time. Thank you, well be back!

Anthony and the rest of the staff at the white lady were an incredible, helped make a trip of a lifetime to a stunningly beautiful town even more memorable. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and friendly. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit kinsale.

The property had a lot of character and was conveniently located in the village of Kinsale. Owner present and friendly. Parking at the property is extremely limited.
Offsite parking is up a nearby hill, quite a haul from the property and was not a suitable option for us. Overall a pleasant stay.

Excellent on all counts. Anthony was a superb host along with accommodating us ad-hoc for a second night. Good food too and pleasant efficient staff. Only negative is parking, with only 3 spaces at site. Public parking is roughly 100 metres up a steep hill road.

Very clean and comfortable room. The only issue for us was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was a bit tired. The party noise outside was pretty intolerable. If you can sleep through anything, then this location is worth it. The windows are not enough to block out the very loud party noise outside that went past midnight. The manager we met was a tall heavy fellow that was quite loud and friendly at first, then obnoxious.
Kisale is a very nice town and this location is good. If you can sleep though the loud noise I would stay here. But I personlaly wouldn't again.

Most welcoming experience we've had in a long time. Owners Anthony and Roman (and all the staff, for that matter) are kind, courteous and, above all, friendly. They all provided a family environment.

The room was very small and smelled like cigarettes. We had to carry our luggage up multi flights to top floor. We could barely open the doors due to the weight of them. We could see into the apartment across the way which means they could seeinto our room CLEARY!!
