Chose this place because we were up there antiquing and it had a pool, thought it would be nice at the end of the day. The pool was as filled with no less than 20 screaming kids and teens with their parents sitting around. Nah. The room number on our room was missing, there was a wet paint sign taped to our sink. Just wasn’t that nice

Could use updating. TVs. Pillows etc. A newer mattress would have been comfortable. Real nice folks working here. Very friendly

The hotel and service was good but the second day the pool was very dirty and the whole common area of the hotel always smells like wet dog! Disgusting!!

Dingy and evidence of poor cleaning. Nice staff, though I did get a strange look when inquiring about the safety of a walk. Allowance for renovation. Would likely choose another spot when visiting in July.

We were going only there one night, everything was very clean even the lobby which was nice considering they are currently under some construction. Only complaint was no one was at the front desk when we needed to check in so we ended up waiting around 20-25 minutes just to check in. The only person at the desk was helping another customer so it wasn’t exactly his fault, there should have been more employees

Like: Pet Friendly and Pet fee was reasonable for length of stay. Remarkable: The staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable of their hotel and the area. Bkfast was always fully provided; neat and clean dining, lounging and recreational and business areas; comfortable and choice of foods and beverage very satisfactory. Overall the hotel location, Dahlgren, pride of work and management are highly evident. Felt the ease of other residents due to the level of satisfaction with their stay. I will list those employees that I interacted for notice of professionalism with a personal concern: Beverly; Lex (Mgr); Chris, Angel (angela?) and Sapphire. Appreciate you all and the place. My dog, Pumpkin and I, felt comfortable and welcomed.

My husband, son and I stayed here and were very pleased. The room was clean and comfortable, toiletries were provided. The front staff was super friendly and helpful (gave us utensils when we realized our take out food order forgot to provide them). My only complaint is that the heat whistled all night long, and it felt like a wind tunnel that could be felt on the other side of the room. But that could have been just a defect in our room. Free breakfast was really good as well. Eggs, meat, pastries, waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, fresh fruit...something for everyone. We will definitely come back. Extremely pleased!

The only thing that wasn’t wonderful was spotty text and internet availability. Phone calls were fine, but internet was very on and off. They did offer guest Wi-Fi but I did not want to use it. Not a big deal and I would absolutely stay there again.

Front desk kept saying he had no record of our reservation. Our Expedia confirmation did not show the number he needed to check us in. He kept saying because we checked in through a 3rd party he could not do anything. Not what is expected from a Hilton hotel.

Room was for hearing impaired. The bathroom appeared to back up to the air handlers for the hotel. Sounded like a hamster on a wheel all night long. My husband was convinced the closest bed was vibrating as well as floor and had to move to the other bed. Not good combo for non hearing impaired couple.
