The hotel was ok. Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. Shower faucet didn't work, but I'm a plumber so I fixed it instead of calling for maintenance at midnight. Had to ask for towels because they only gave us two and there were four of us. Maid didn't leave enough towels the following day either. Ran out of body wash mid-shower so everyone else had to use shampoo. No spare roll of toilet paper either. Breakfast was pretty good. Hot meats, eggs, pancakes, bagels, pastries, juice, milk, yogurt, cereal, toast. Parking was easy.ots of spaces and all close by.

The hotel was nice and the front desk gentlemen was nice. The room was very spacious and clean. Very little noise in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was okay and there was a good variety. I would stay here again if I come back to this area.

This was such a nice hotel in a great location. The kids loved the pancake maker! The pool was great. Locatio is fantastic. Right next to the nicest Walmart I have ever seen. The gentleman that works at the front desk in the evenings made the trip and was the best! He deserves a raise.

Very comfortable room, clean, pool was clean, friendly and helpful staff. This is beside a shopping complex but sits far enough away from any noise. WalMart, restaurants, a grocery store and other convenient stores are right there for any needs you may have.

It was great: clean and spacious with friendly staff.
Unfortunately. our microwave started smoking. I was standing right there, waiting for the 20 second reheat. I immediately unplugged it and reported it to the front desk in person. I was told it would be replaced or we would be moved, Neither happened. I left it unplugged when we checked out. I hope it is fixed before a fire occurs.

Overall the property was nice and provided a pleasant stay.
Two negatives. The staff were not overly pleasant or inviting (this is hospitality). The second could and should be fixed, The lobby area AC was set at a very low and chilly temperature. I commented and the person behind the counter replied she thought it was comfortable, as she stood before me in a nice warm sweater over her clothes. It wasn't like a restaurant where they may keep the temperature low for the benefit of an active staff.

Very happy we chose this hotel tonight. Exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. Nicole was great at front desk. Our room is wonderful- very clean,quiet with really comfortable bed! Dinner at a nearby Restaurant.

The night shift guy at the front desk wasn’t able to answer the questions I had about driving time and directions to some questions I had about the area and hotel but I feel like this is a training issue and that falls on management not him. He seemed like he wanted to answer the question but couldn’t and had no one to ask to get the information. All together I feel this was a nice hotel and not overpriced for what it had to offer.

The bed was really comfortable and the room looked clean, but the bathroom had some reddish goo in the corners. The soap dispensers did not work properly. The remote did not work, the clock was an hour fast, The clock had parts of the display burned out. The place was called Holiday Inn Express, but there was nothing express about either evening when I stood at the counter waiting to get waited on. Checking in, there was a lady who had paid for 2 rooms on her credit card, and had the documentation to prove it, but the hotel only had her down for one, so that was at least 20 min go round before I just sat down and waited. Second night was a lokg wait at the counter( had to sit down again) just to get batteries for the remote.
