The is located next to Bumrungrad International Hospital, Quite and comfortable hotel, smoking free and good service staff.

My room and bathroom were very clean. Good matress and pillows with nice cotton fabric. Staff not disturbing when do not disturb is On which i like. Floor staff happy to give water amd towel when needed.
Gym, pool and Breakfast does ths job perfectly.
- TVs and infotainment room for upgrade
- Music system for the gym
- Better ligt system to see well our face (bathroom mirror)

For the most part, it was a comfortable stay, however for the money we paid, it was very underwhelming. The gym was basic and barely had enough space. I ended up having to train outside of the gym. The pool was often unmanned and there were minimal towels. There is also limited sun areas - which o was specifically looking for when selecting a pool.
Other than that, the staff were friendly, the restaurant staff were polite and friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.
The shower made a huge mess and leaked which was annoying, but again, due to the price we paid, I expected more for my money.

The morning buffet is very good, thai food and western food, excellent expresso coffee, salads, fruits, fresh fruit juces, choice of different breads and backery.
One thing to note is you have to deposit 2000 THB or 100 USD in cash on arrival, they do not accept deposit using a credit card, be prepared and make sure to convert a bit of money in the airport. They give you back your deposit at checkout.
The hotel is perfect but beware the sidewalk in the street, it is in a bad condition.
Great staff, great service, i will come back in the future.

I had surgery at Bumrungrad International Hospital, and literally, they just wheelchaired me from my hospital bed to my hotel bed. My two weeks of follow-up were so convenient. The staff went out of their way to help me eat according to my post-surgery dietary needs - even pureeing soups!

If you are visiting the Bumrungrad Hospital this is a great place to stay you can walk out the back and be right across the street. The rooms were clean and tidy. The included breakfast was good. The staff was very kind and helpful. Only negative things: office chair in room was not able to fully raise and there was a strong smell of curry food in the room. Overall it was pleasant.

We choose the Best Western because it is the closest to Bumrungrad Hospital. For that they get 5stars. The staff is very lovely and they helped with the wheelchair.
They need to improve the mattresses in the rooms. Very saggy and uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch.
Also with a hotel so close to the hospital, it would be wise to install handicap rails in the bathroom of more rooms. They don’t cost much and make outpatients feel more secure.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Modern, clean, great area, perfect pool and great friendly staff. Excellent price, Please check laundry prices prior to doing any laundry , due to my error of not checking the prices I acquired the most expensive laundry bill in my life.

My son used this hotel as he was unwell and needed to be near a hospital. It was so easy to book on Hotels.com app very last minute and also extended another night no hassle. My son said the room was spotless with a big comfy bed, lovely shower and huge TV. The breakfast was really nice as well.

Location is really near the Bumrungrad hospital, kinda at the end of Sukhumvit soi 1, hotel staff readily offers a short tuk-tuk ride when you put a request at the lobby counter out to the main road and turning right about a short 5min walk is the Phloen Chit BTS. There is a small family owned eatery at the end of this soi and the home cooked meals are quite delicious and reasonably priced. The area is quite near an Arab shopping area too. Rather residential area, quietly boring and btw the convenience stores are not offering plastic bags anymore so bring an eco-bag to do your shopping.

Although it is located at the city center, the hotel is located next to a hospital. Quite hard to locate at night. Walking back alone at night is not pleasurable.
There is no view at the window but just a hospital building next to it. In general, quite pleasant experience.

Please get new mattresses. These are probably the original mattresses, worn to the shape of a old hammock, dirty disgusting wrecks. I had to climb to the edge of the mattress to get out. I complained and they came up with a piece of plywood and threw it on the bed and covered it with a sheet, Really. Complained again and sent to another awful room and hammock mattress. Besides this there is no reason to stay here unless you are going to the hospital next door. It is down a dead end street at the end, and a distance to the sky train. The neighboorhood is boring, you can do lots better in Bangkok, keep looking.

We are very sorry we couldn't stay longer in the hotel. Very good service and more than that, the staff treated us with high respect and consideration. Excelent conditions regarding cleaning, breakfast, swiming pool, and above these facilities the hotel is located very close to sky-train, 10 minutes walking.Next holiday in Bangkok for sure I will book rooms at the same hotel. Our respect for THE BEST WESTERN PREMIER STAFF. Regards, and see you soon !

Friendly staff, good service.I was in BBK for a health checkup and for christmas shopping, the way from the hotel to the Bumrungrad Hospital is only about 1 min walk. The Taxi to Terminal 21 is about 5 min.
