Dirty hallway, elevator and walls in bathroom. Would not recommend. Lobby is clean but elsewhere is not

The front desk employee was amazing and nice

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The grounds were well maintained. I didn’t get to the pool but it must have been nice for I saw many coming and going in their swimsuits. Over all I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was professional and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom shower excellent. Great toiletries.

It was a short stay, hotel has all the amenities and close to many places. The only negative thing about the hotel was the coffee in our room…terrible tasted like water

Nice and quiet beautiful place great experience

You can tell the housekeeping staff takes pride in what they do. It has been a long time since I've seen this and travel a lot for business. The front desk staff was accomocating as well. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. It was run down a bit and just needs a little remodel, but that is not anything the staff at the hotel can do, that is all corporate's decision.

Hotel is older; however, a nice property. The property has a bar. Do not go to it! We went during happy hour and ordered two rum and cokes. They made the drinks in a juice glass, poured the soda first and the liquor on top, and charged us for a double shot. The bartender did not ask if we wanted a double shot and the glass was not large enough for a double shot. The bartender and the helper got into a discussion about the price of the drinks. The bartender said that during happy hour they did not charge for double shots and the helper charged. Anyway, it didn’t matter because the glass was not large enough. We paid over $26 for two small drinks. I will not stay at this hotel again because I feel like I was taking advantage of.

For the most part, we had a peaceful stay. There was one night when there was a party up above us and I had to complain to the desk, but they took care of it. Lots of good restaurants around shopping centers were closed. We love the facilities. they had a nice pool. 👍

We stayed there mostly because of the close proximity to the city and good parking available. Room a bit dated but nice. Good shower. No breakfast available.

Very nice hotel, close to Homestead Speedway and other attractions. Has a nice bar restaurant and other choices are walkable.

No cold water in showers and no drinking water bottle fountain at the facility

We only stayed one night but was impressed but the room and staff.

Expedia advertised that breakfast was included. It was not. For the first three days, we had to ask for housekeeping services each day. Front staff not especially helpful.
