Was a great stay central clean friendly staff great place highly recomended

This is the second time weve stayed at Santa Croce because we loved the room so much last time! The Santa Croce Luxury Rooms are in a fantastic location right in a small square, the Piazzetta Riccardi Gabriele, in the heart of historic Lecce. If you can, book The Suite as it is the largest room by far, and has a small balcony overlooking the square. It has a spacious bathroom with huge shower area, a small kitchenette, large living room and bedroom in the one space, and dressing area. The room is clean, modern and stylish, and very quiet, and the architectural detailing and lighting is very good. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are easy to access and secure.

Rooms were nice and modern but difficult for two people to navigate as everything was very narrow and long. It would be great for a solo traveler. Location is fantastic! Close to everything in center. Not much in customer service (although friendly) as it is more like an apartment than a hotel or B&B. Breakfast is actually gotten with a chit at a nearby cafe.

We loved the rooms here, super clean and modern and comfortable. Totally a great deal for the price.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Unfortunately we were running an hour late due to flight delays but a simple text message and everything was put in place. We arrived at 9pm and had a wedding to attend the next morning. The hotel staff were really helpful, check-in was swift, and suits/shirts pressed and ready early next day. Hotel was clean, modern, spacious and convenient. Free water, coffee and snacks. Hairdryer provided. Great, powerful shower. If we go back to Lecce I will definitely be staying here again.
