We stayed at the La Quinta in Boutte, La. For the Saints game on Nov. 10. Customer service was great, parking was great and cleanliness of the lobby was beautiful. The only issue I had was there were roaches in the room, the bathtub had rust stains, door knob was loose and among other simple stuff. I saw two roaches crawling on the wall in the room. I would have asked for another room but, I didn’t want to scare my kids who are extremely scared of insects.

Stay was good, nothing wrong at all…only thing I can say is that i have had better Bfast selection at other La Quintas that I have stayed at. Nothing wrong with the Bfast just small selection.

Place is clean. My only complaint is the room was so humid. Even when we lowered down the A/C, you can feel the humidity in the room. Need a better circulation.

Most places offer the pool area to be open intill 10:00pm. This one opend untill 8:00pm. As a traveling family we were disappointed that the pool was closed. Thankfully the receptionist allowed us to use the pool for 30 mins. After 8:00pm and he mentioned the reason was because when traveling workers use the pool, they are too loud and disrupt the guest.

We think this is a really great hotel, but don’t book this if you’re wanting to be really close to bourbon or the airport it was a little bit of a drive but a great value for what you get it was really clean!

Beds and sheets were clean-one sheet was ripped, bathroom corners were dirty, breakfast ran out of food an hour before closing. Staff did make more eggs for us but no meats. No bananas only oranges. Overall it’s good for the price…lots of local workers stay here and eat early so get to breakfast early. People that work here were very nice!

Had to get rooms swapped due to food on bed sheets upon arrival. Stayed anyway in new room that was dingy and had black mold in bathroom.

I was happy to stay at tgis property. I read tge reviews and they were on point. Julie, the housekeepers were really nice and pleasant. Always helpful. The rooms are clean. The doors in the bathroom had scratches but this was my least concern. Clean Bed , shower, and room too. So I am good!! Only 18 mins each way to the airport...using US 61 Hwy. Very happy w/ breakfast option ...better than continental...it includes scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal & milk, coffee, bagels, waffles..for me this is enough! 😊😋

Nice hotel at a very affordable price within easy driving distance to the city. Very helpful and friendly staff. Love the 24 hour free coffee in the lobby.
My only criticism is that the eggs and sausage need to be kept at a slightly higher temperature on the breakfast bar. Every morning they were barely Luke warm.
