One of the best hotel i have stayed at. Clean✔️ close to everything ✔️ friendly and helpful staff ✔️ 15 min walk to beach and from there 5 min walk to Patogon beach strip where all restaurants and bars are. you have 7/11 and family mart literally next door to the hotel. ThaiHappyTour is in the lobby and let me say if it wasnt for them and their professionalism we wouldnt have had such an amazing time. they turned the beds everyday, have mini fridge, ice cold AC. no soap or free toothbrush but its ok because bathrooms are extremely clean! Great NON Squealing Bed Breakfast isnt out of this world but it can fuel you until your next meal. It is so worth it if your lookinh for a quick 3-4 day hotel.

hotel assisted with airport transfers. however, beware that they only operate at certain times. they start at 10:30 am...stinks if you have an early morning flight. a/c was super cold! you are provided with towels for the beach! we took towels on our day trip then got fresh ones for using at the beach later in the evening! very accommodating! the restaurant had a special menu that offered everything at 99 baht each (CHEAP!!). the food was delicious. live singer/band in the evenings. wifi didn't work well in our room. very frustrating. tour desk is located in the lobby. it is not the cheapest...shop around the town for better pricing.

I was on the 6th floor with a street facing room, very small balcony and traffic noise is constant. The lift, when summoned to the sixth floor would stop and the doors would fail to open (unless there was someone in it coming up), walk down the stairs to the 5th floor to get the lift almost everytime.The in house laundry service was not delivered on time (a day late) so if you need to do washing while there, go down to the side street and use the laundry service there.The room itself was ok, badly designed bath/shower with no curtain that leaves excess water on the bath surround and the floor making it slippery and dangerous, taps that are not secured properly and in the main room there was mould in the front corner on the ceiling and under the cornice which had peeled away from the ceiling.TV reception was poor. no pool.

The room that i stayed in was quite nice and the staffs are very friendly but i was hoping to get more amenities in the room than just a couple of small bottles of soap and that's all there was. The food is terrible. If you love walking then I would recommend to stay at this hotel.

It is a old building cant expect too much... The restaurant... breakfast need to improve and place is smelly.. Need to be clean pls.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We were there for 2 nights, clean room, nice old style bed and good city view on the highest floor. Hotel is 15 mins walk to Patong Beach. Only disadvantage is the elevator, the door did not open when it reached the ground floor. The next day, we were told the elevator is under maintenance till 5pm. The hotel have only one elevator so we need to our way downstairs. Overall, Tanawan is only 10mins walk to Jungceylon Shopping Mall, Banzaar and nearby shops. Location is great! I would still recommend to stay at Tanawan.

Phuket is definitely an amazing place for holidays, the small islands around are simply breathtaking.

We were allowed to early check in. On the 2nd day of our stay our bath tub tap went wrong and we couldn't shower. Reported this and they had changed a room for us from deluxe to Super deluxe room. Thanks you Tanawan

the first room that they gave us had a faulty air conditioner and a weird smell, so they changed another room for us. In the second room, some of the lights were faulty and we told the reception about it but nobody came and fixed it. Tv reception was also blurry. The pillow case was also dirty with shoe marks on it. It would also be nice to have bedroom slipper as the floor was pretty sticky to walk on. On the 3rd floor, the corridor light near the stairs was also faulty. Seems like maintainence is pretty poor in this hotel. However, the location is pretty decent, about 15 mins walk to the shopping centre and patong beach. There's also a good restaurant downstairs and a family mart next door. Staffs were nice as well and there was two bottles of complimentary water in the room.

its just convenience and the front desk is helpful and understand english well. and the place is convenience just a walking distance to the mall.

Our stay was great, staff amazing, the room was great for the value and around 10-15 minutes walk to and from Bangla road.

The services are very bad. Especially the staff from the canteen, is very rude. We stay for 3 nights, everyday is terrible. This hotel not even qualified for 2 stars, and should not put in tourist hotel list, too. I will not go back there again, even they give out free rooms to stay.

Ask the hotel to get me hotel transfer to airport for 2, the next day the driver came 15 mins late, drive so slow and was a van!Never to come here again!

It would say it was a bad choice on location or hotel. But it could improve. No top up of water, no top up of shampoo and soap. No toothbrush or toothpaste.

Hotel is good for individuals, though it is a bit far from Bangla road which is the main place for nightlife. Rest all was ok and when you're in patong, beaches won't be too far from either hotel as you would anyways rent a scooter for local travel.

Hotel management was incredibly bad. They talked to you like they didnt care.

Unfriendly staff, smelly room and a disappointing breakfast! Wont be back!

Hotel is a good spot walking distance to jucylong shopping center and nightlife. Staff at hotel are friendly

The only good thing about this place is that it's close to Patong beech, but do not expect anything else. you'd better forget about the buffet breakfast since it's too simple. There is no window view, and you have to buy the drinking water. The staff are helpful, though their English is less than basic. Book it if you just need a clean bed to sleep at night.

The stuff was always friendly, every day new towels, for thai-standard ok, they build a new street in front of the hotel, so it is very dusty... but close to everything and good thaifood just a few doors from there...
