Highly recommend staying in this hotel when in Hanoi. It's location is best as it is close to many shops and restaurants. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. Spacious clean room and we like the breakfast buffet.

Well-located in the historic area, the hotel is full of charm with super friendly staff. The receptionist and manager remember our name during our stay, which is quite impressive! The deluxe room is spacious and clean, with a window overlooking a small part of the street outside. There is also a sky bar/restaurant and a swimming pool, which we highly recommend. The food is good considering its afford price.

Lovely property and very comfortable room right in the heart of old quarter. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon, we had to check out at 2:30 am to catch our rescheduled flight so we didn’t get to try breakfast. The room is spacious and well appointed.

We had a family room with balcony, which was great as the kids had their own room with two twin beds and we had our own master bed room with balcony view. The hotel was in the heart of the old quarter area so it was very easy to walk around. Lots of food option! The staffs were all very helpful. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Hanoi.

This is an amazing hotel in the Old Quarter, central to everything. We were at the back of the hotel, so very quiet as the streets are noisy and there is often live music in the street close to the hotel. Staff are very attentive, and friendly and are happy to talk about their country and way of life. Many thanks to Chester & Don. We would definitely stay here again if we went back to Hanoi.

This hotel is fantastic. Right in the center of Old Quarter close to everything. The lobby and rooms are exquisite. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. There is a great rooftop patio/bar/pool. I would highly recommend!

This hotel went above and beyond with all requests. We were upgraded to the 12th floor with views of the lake and it was amazing. Really good Northface outlet across the road if your looking for jackets etc

What a lovely hotel in the heart of old quarrter! Close to all kinds of restaurants,live music,attractions. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city. Restaurant and pool area is great. Staff are wonderful

Our stay at Tirant hotel was amazing and we will definitely be coming back. The highlight of the stay was the lovely, very attentive and professional staff. The place was clean, comfortable and at a great convenient location. One of the staff named Chester was specially very helpful.

Tirant had excellent staff who would go above and beyond to meet their customers individual needs. They booked us a cyclo and ensured we were not ripped off, exchanged money, provided a corkscrew, additional sheets and transport from the airport at a competitive rate. Their facilities were immaculate, rooms were well priced and centrally located for us to enjoy the old quarter of Hanoi as well as weekend street entertainment.

From the moment we walked through the door, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Don Doan Pham went out of his way to make sure we had transportation and information about the sites in the area. The hotel is centrally located to many walkable sites and loads of street vendors to try out local shopping and cuisine.

Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one.
Only one small issue is that our Family room is facing the street, and there was someone singing karaoke at night, fortunately he stopped after 11pm.

Very good location. The staff are exceptional, friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hotel three times in 10 days, each for two nights. For the second and third stays, we downgraded our room. The bed for the first stay was bigger, being a king, and away from the road, so less noisy. Very nice roof top pool area for dining and drinks. My only negative for this hotel is the laundry was expensive. But would definitely use this hotel again if in Hanoi.

We booked the family room. It was the best family room I have ever stayed in. Early morning construction noise on a Sunday. Not the fault of hotel. We had an issue with the airport pickup that we booked thru hotel, but Don & Chester made it right. The breakfast was delicious! Both Vietnamese and American style. Great location close to lake. Staff very helpful and always with a smile.
