It’s out dated could use some tlc.

We did not stay at this hotel. It was too discussing. The room was very bad. There was an element of it not being safe to walk in the area.

I was just discharged from the hospital and needed to book something quick and easy. It was a quick and wasy check-in, but the stay not so great. My first room they tried to check me in was previously used by someone. They let me know at check in that housekeeping is by request only but I didnt think they meant that literally. The next room was the next best for the time being which was a smoking room, which clearly wasnt up to par. I was switched from that room to another that had bad carpet and I jabr bad allergies, I wasnt even able to walk in that room. I walked back to the front desk and let them know of that room and the comment was "we moved you twice, this will be the last", mind you the 1 few rooms was not up to par. They moved me to the front, im assuming it is one of their nicer rooms with matching accents walls and headboards and granite counter tops but let that not fool you. Im not sure whay kind of bug was in that room but it was ugly.

It states it has a business centre. When I asked for boarding passes to be printed by the front desk the text reply said I “would have to take the initiative and call around and inquire” myself for where I could print them. The next day I spoke to a different staff member and she printed the passes for us.

The stay was horrible, The floor was unbelievable nasty and smelly. The counter was dirty.I had to clean it. The room smell like smoke. And the bed smelled. I had. To go buy sheets so I could sleep

This facility was absolutely disgusting. I will never stay out of Howard Johnson again. The room was not clean. The mattresses and sheets were dirty. I even went up to the front desk to ask them to move me rooms or change the sheets. I did not know how dirty the sheets were until the next morning because I did arrive to the facility late

The ladies at the front desk were very nice very respectful very very knowledgeable but most of all very helpful

Dirty room... horrible Plumbing. I asked when the complimentary breakfast was and the woman working said, "There ain't no breakfast, I don't know why they put that on the ad?!" Very rude.

It was a non smoking room and smelled alot like smoke. Absolutely no towels had to ask for them no essentials provided. Sink was clogged

It was the worst stay in Vegas that I have ever had. Nothing more nothing less

The room open and bed unmade, everything falling apart and not vacuumed.. No hot water, no remote control, a bug in bathroom it was midnight coming in from Australia and handicap room, so needed it and nothing else available on ground level. Table and chair out doors and everyone talking all night long, walls thin. Very unhappy. Nice security guard. Can't upload pictures or I would. Not returning

Our stay was not very pleasant with the room. The room was outdated and dirty. The carpet had many stains. There wasn’t a phone in the room. There was a small tv with only one channel to watch and it kept lagging. There was good water pressure but the bathroom was dirty and had yellow stains. The pictures shown is not what you get. The double bed was comfortable. Housekeeper never came to clean the room. We asked for a late checkout and they offered us 30 minutes for a $28 fee. The white lady in the front desk did not have great customer service. Our last night we encountered with roaches and bugs. This was very disgusting and unpleasant. Overall our stay was ok.

I would spend a little more

Worker at the front desk was nice and professional. Other than that, the place is nasty. Doesn’t look ANYTHING like the pictures displayed. Completely misleading. The place is dirty, old, smells. Just know what you are getting into if you choose to stay here. Don’t expect anything nice because you won’t find that here. If you are looking to just stay somewhere and don’t care how it looks or feels, then you’ve found your spot. We checked out three days early and stayed the remainder of our trip at the Flamingo… huge upgrade!

I I’m a handicap person in a wheelchair and got very bad service.I have a refund due to my card which is not returned and looks like as if they don’t plan to pay me please return my money

I did my check in online and paid for it in advance and once there the front desk person asked for ID then asked how I was going to pay a $100 deposit. I said, I already checked in and paid and he went on to say I didn’t pay for deposit, now will you be paying with cash or card. Very rude and did not give any other fees back. Got to room and it did not look like the pictures. Carpet products baby there since it opened, back in the 40s and smelled bad, the toilet kept going off on its own. The walls were so thin I heard all my neighbors and they weren’t trying to be very quiet! I was awaken at 2:30 am with a loud boing and fireworks. Overall, I was disgusted and disappointed. I must say, false advertisement by Hotels.com or Howard Johnson. Please change your pictures!

Needed something walking distance to the venue I was seeing a concert at. This worked just fine. Wasn’t the greatest but it definitely wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed in.

The room is so dirty and nasty smell

I did not get to check in. I needed a room right away and used the app to reserve. I got there and was told i couldnt check in cuz their water was off. I needed a room so went to another room. I would really like a refund, or at least credit

ROOM smelled very bad. sheets were dirty. we got a room at another hotel.

Room was not thoroughly clean. Internet not working. No luggage storage. Structure may not be safe as the hallway flooring was not level. There might be something wrong with the sewage system as the toilet is emitting foul odor.

The place was dirty, the floors were filthy we had to go to the office to ask for a bath towel because they only gave us one and we were a couple also when I asked for the towel I said we don’t share our towels and they made a joke about it and said that they do,

Other than its proximity to the strip, there is very little to be said for this hotel. The bathroom is very small and OLD! The beds were ok, but the furniture was old and tired. I would not stay here again.

Please do not stay at this place. I should have known from the smell in the lobby that this is not a good place to stay. Good location but that’s it. Door lock was broken. Broken toilet. Shower tub has massive wear and tear. Sink emits sewage smell. Found a big eye lash on the dirty wall behind bathroom door that must have bad water damage from the looks of it. On the other side of that wall there is a strong oder that I believe is water damage coming from tub. We woke up with sore throats from the smell being so strong. All our clothes had the stench impregnated from whatever was rotting in that room. Glad we brought sheets from home to use, and ended up throwing away after that experience. Pay extra and stay somewhere else. Never again. so bad I can still smell the stench a day after in my nose. Left and stayed on the strip at MGM across street. I don’t think they clean these rooms just change nasty sheets. Don’t look at the other side of the pillow.
