Hotel was extremely clean, the breakfast that was included was also very good. The only issue i had is the rate was alittle bit excessive.

I absolutely love this hotel, great staff friendly and professional! I needed a late check out and they were very accommodating. Love that my suite had a full kitchen and more importantly a dish washer We love it here !

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast area was another matter saw bugs. Staff was very nice.

The water pressure was too soft. Door to bathroom had a broken hinge. Bathroom sink was a little clogged.

The room staff was good. The Hotel had no internet service on Friday 8/924 and 8/10/ 24 only came on 8/11/24, Lights were flickering. Breakfast was terrible and limited, the oranges looked as if they were not fit for human consumption. First time at this brand would not recommend.

The place is nice but noisy. Our neighbor was playing music of some sort until 10:45pm that we can hear it in our bedroom. The bathroom needed a little cleaning and updating. There was shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in the shower. Although, the condioner was empty. The bed was confortable. There was a full kitchen which was nice. Overall it was a nice experience.

Very convenient to access freeways

When we arrived the Properties internet connection wad down due to Hurricane Debby. Staff was working without computers. Making it difficult for them. They were professional, understanding, and accommodated the best they could. Staff was always friendly throughout our stay and our room was very comfortable. Kiddos enjoyed the pool and we loved the location. Plenty of dining and shopping. The beach was close enough to get there fast but not having to pay beach hotel prices! We will absolutely be staying here again!

Mattresses and pillows were a nightmare

Personally, this is the only place to stay on Long Island for a really good decent price. I will always stay here.

Stay was decent. It was quiet and convenient, which were our main priorities. However, the room was not very clean. Upon entry into our room, we were hit was a strong musty / mildew odor. The cabinets, corners of grout and other nooks and crannies all had some sort of dirtiness. There were a couple stray body hairs, a Bobby pin, mold, chipping of wood / peeling of veneers, etc. The surfaces, bed, linens, common areas and frequently touched surfaces were all clean. I do not think the “average person” would notice as much as I did, only because I’m self-admittedly a germ-a-phoebe. Another complaint is the mattress. It was a sagging spring mattress that was difficult to get comfortable on. It seemed like it needed to be replaced. Other than the mattress and minor dirtiness in the room, it was a decent stay. The breakfast was good, staff was friendly, building was nice, and so on. I would stay again in hopes of a cleaner (and not as moisture affected) room.

Room needs some repair. Noisy A/C and fridge that need to be unplugged so we can sleep. Ceiling is covered of water damage. Humidity smell in the room. There were scratchers on the bathroom door as if a dog was locked there. Front desk doesn’t answer when we call them.

This was the worst stay at any hotel I have stayed in in the last 10 years. While the desk staff was polite, management is not on site to resolve any issues that arise. I had an extremely disruptive guest (and her huge dog) above me who constantly were banging and pounding on the floors at all hours of day and night. At one point, at 1:00 am, the guest was playing fetch with her dog in the room. I am not talking light noise, I am talking extremely loud disruptive and continuous issues, for many hours (12-14 hours) a day. I addressed this with the staff numerous times and was told management was not on site but they would look into it. There is also no security at the hotel to deal with disruptive guests. The noise issue was so severe that I was not able to use the room (other than for storage and to shower) and utilized the common areas during the day and thereafter had to sleep in my car. I would have moved on my own but no hotels were available within several miles of the hotel. My requests to be moved to another room were refused and my repeated requests that someone come to the room to verify the issue was completely and repeatedly ignored. A total and complete complete failure by Hilton at this location. Essentially, they do not address problems in any manner and have no one onsite. I also requested rebooking in another Hilton facility nearby and that was refused. The experience was so poor that I am considering avoiding the Hilton brand altogether. Never again

We had a hard time from checking in. The person doing it had a couldn’t care less attitude and didn’t even know where the room was. The room was dirty and for some reason, all the drawers were open. The kitchen was not usable with the stove burners being broken and the entire thing was just dirty. There was very little breakfast variety or just food all together. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with this hotel, even though we enjoyed our stays in other same name hotels elsewhere.

I arrived my room was not ready so I end up missing the party I drove for 25 hours to attend with my family

The attitude of the woman at the front desk was horrible. She was not friendly at all, just not a welcoming attitude. Another hotel guest called to complain about the room the were given and she was very disrespectful - hung up on the guest and made a loud sigh. The other two gentlemen were great. I called down for extra towels (one of the gentlemen answered) and the towels were delivered to my room in less than 10 minutes. Overall my stay was great. Just the first impression of the hotel was poor.

Late June, 4 night stay. Two stars: One for location, one for parking. Zero (0) stars for the property. Stayed 4 nights in June. Front desk staff are ill-trained in customer service – never was an apology offered. I was told ‘the interface’ between Hilton and Travelocity had assigned me a studio when my reservation stated a 1-bedroom, that the hotel was sold out & situation was my problem. My studio suite was filthy. Dirty trashcans, smeary brown stuff on the baseboards, boogers on the wall, thick dust on the HVAC unit & elsewhere, sticky cabinet handles, slimy shower floor and other manner of yuck. All of which I cleaned myself. This place is sadly in need of a renovation & a housekeeping shake-up. Used to be my GoTo. Now is my NoGo. p.s. Comments were sent to both Travelocity & the property. Travelociy responded quickly and provided their resolution. No word from the property itself. Dedication to customer service usually starts at the top.

It’s great hotel, very nice and clean and quiet, the neighborhood is peaceful and we had a restful night.

Check-in was okay, with complimentary water and cookies. The room was clean on surface could have been cleaner though. The air con was great but very LOUD. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold options. Hallways carpets had seen better days and better vacuums. Overall, it was good stay. Thank you.

Pleasant stay. Clean room/bathroom. Clean dining area. Good variety of food selection for breakfast. Enjoyed the overall ambiance. Excellent service. Early check-in was available. We will choose this place again without a second thought.
